Track could be useful, depending on the style of campaign.  Or Natural Bond if your DM will let you use it to gain an extra powerful companion.

Q10 Where can I find a listing of standard gear for an NPC with NPC classes? Or is it supposed to be assumed that a lvl 4 NPC warrior would wear the exact same stuff as a lvl 4 NPC fighter? Or because NPCs with NPC classes are basically considered a less CR, does a lvl 4 warrior have the same stuff as a lvl 2 NPC fighter? But then, what do you do with a warrior 2/fighter 2? Give them the stuff of a lvl 4 fighter? Maybe a lvl 3 fighter.

Basically, I need gear, and I'd like to know the standard for NPC classes.
A10 There is only 1 NPC wealth table. Their classes have no bearing on their wealth.
Well the module I'm looking over says otherwise. Like two CR 2 warriors with four levels of the class, have 75 gold and 1 silver worth of equipment. But I'm not looking for the wealth table, I'm looking for the equipment table. In the DMG you get tables for each and every base class, and it tells you at each level what they get for weapons, armour, etc. I don't see such a set of tables for the NPC classes. So I'm asking, what would they normally get?
I reject your reality, and substitute my own.

Q12: I've got a Cleric with the Outsider type who worships Wee Jas.

Is there any way for him to gain access to either Polymorph, Draconic Polymorph or Shapechange without resorting to magic items?

Fixed your Q numbers.[/OCD]

A 16

Form of Doom gives you Frightful Presence.

A 17

Try convincing your DM to let you take the Spell domain, with the justification that Wee Jas is a goddess of magic (Alternatively, use the Substitute Domain spell), then prepare Polymporph or Draconic Polymorph with Anyspell?

Q 18

What easy ways are there to get the Summon Nature's Ally line onto the Cleric spell list?

And your answer numbers are wrong :P

In which book is Substitute Domain again? Nevermind, found it :)
Also, anything more permanent?

EDIT: And more RAW? Let's just assume Wee Jas doesn't grant the Spell Domain for now.

Naw, I remembered that there was already one wrong number before and edited my A numbers, but forgot to edit the Q numbers. :P

EDIT:
Q 18

What easy ways are there to get the Summon Nature's Ally line onto the Cleric spell list?
Addendum: Are there any ways of adding the Bite of the WereWhatever line to the cleric spell list, other than Divine Magician - preferably, without class levels?

Q19:  In an upcoming Planescape campaign, I have a gestalt House Ruled ECL 13 ToB Valkyrie || Sorcerer 6 / Swiftblade 7.  So she gets only one 5th level spell known.  What's my best option?  (Sources are Core + Completes + Races + Probably SpC.)

Sorry if this isn't "Simple", but I didn't feel this deserved its own thread. ;)

Only thing I can think of (which will cost class levels) is going with an Orc (maybe Gray Orc with LA buyback?), Goblin or Monstrous Humanoid (Feral whatever with LA buyback) and picking up a couple of levels in the Hexer PrC (Masters of the Wild IIRC. Unupdated, so technically still legal in 3.5). Needs a Domain to enter as well (Storm or something like that IIRC).

Sorry, but that's the only thing I can think of right now.

Teleport, if someone else doesn't have it already.

If going for a gish, maybe the level 5 Bite of the WereX spell (Weretiger IIRC, not sure though, don't have my books handy)?

Wereboar for Sorcerers.
For some reason, Draconic Polymorph is included among the Sor/Wiz spell list in Spc, but it's not actually in the spell descriptions section. Pity.

Yeah, I was trying to decide between Greater Blink & Teleport...  Though Wereboar would have its uses.  The Valkyrie's physical stats are good enough that I wasn't going to worry about polymorphing though.

Thanks!

Yeah, fortunately it's also printed in Draconomicon, complete with description. If SC is allowed, you should be able to convince your DM to allow Draconomicon solely for Draconic Polymorph...

Q20 Does anyone know a way to get an at-will spell-like ability of at least first-level (but other than that, it doesn't matter which ability) on a mount/animal companion that doesn't involve picking a mount/companion that comes with such an ability?  In this case, a megaraptor ubermount with lots of extra hit die (and thus a goodly pile of feats).

A20: Savage Progressions 1/2-Fey template class. Definitely odd, almost definitely not RAI, but technically doable under RAW.

Q 21

Q 21 a If There isn't one, what would be a good name for it.

A21: Formians are lawful neutral and have their own language. They hail from the lawful neutral plane of Mechanus in the standard cosmology. Since their society is all about hierarchy, regimentation and order, Formian is the best choice for a lawful language in Core.

A21a: If you eschew Formian, call your homebrewed language something like "Ordo." Latin seems appropriate in this case. I envision a language built around achieving accuracy of description and economy of words, or one that strives to boil all concepts down to the most basic of elements. A language that is akin to binary code. That's probably what Formian is intended to be: a binary language using a series of clicks and no-clicks. Click = 1, no click = 0.
