makeing a bard / cloaked dancer

ok me and a few of my friends are working on playing a assassin campain and i do to being 5 players in the group, there is the four main areas covered i was thinking of playing it by year so far this is what i came up with right now take a look and feel free for any feed back

What are the house rules? And is the character an assassin or a cloaked dancer?
It always seems like the barrels around here have something in them.

the house rules character creation rules were no book restrictions , Alinment no good characters
 
well i figgered she would kill her targets and leave them with a smile on there face.

"Assassin" is also a class.  When you use that term here, expect people to assume you mean the class.

true but a very good alteritive is the avenger

Avenger in this case, to clear up confusion, is the WotC non-evil version of the Assassin. The one they brought out for April Fool's Day with the artwork colored white.
