Or PAO into an elemental weird. COP as a free action at will.... Know everything in one round!
Oh my fucking god... Are they insane?
yes they are insane. i couldn't believe that, but it is there. Too bad the DM i play under would never let that fly.

As to Archavist it should fly, i've played one previously.
And because you can ask an infinite number of questions you can find out about even things that are protected from divinations. Also you can know the physical layout of the universe by asking about greater teleporting grains of sand to every location in the universe to find out if the spell would be off target due to a physical object in that area.

Too bad "fatigue" is a DM fiat. That's why the Omniscifer one-ups.
What are you talking about?
i.e. it'd be easy to rule that you'd be mentally fatigued from trying to conduct so many spells and questions at once, whereas on the other hand, the Omniscifer's Knowledge checks truly take no action. Not only that, but isn't how many free actions you have per round up to the DM?

Quote from: Knowledge
Action

Usually none. In most cases, making a Knowledge check doesn’t take an action—you simply know the answer or you don’t.

How is a strategy that often relies on bucket healing and infinite loops less prone to DM Fiat?

Admittedly, in this case, you would not be wrong to assert that in the same vein, natural fatigue and free actions-quantity-limitation are foregone.

My rage is equalled by my respect for your insight.
:lmao Yes, he does remind me of HK-47. I forget who said that about NC, or where, but it is true.

A couple of water benders, a dike, a flaming arrow, and a few barrels of blasting jelly?

Sounds like the makings of a gay porn film.
...thanks

Any strategy to get limitless anything, be it knowledge, power or chickens (chicken infested is truly the best "flaw" ever) is prone to DM Fiat. Thank you for the complement as well.

Kind've an off-the-wall idea, but if your DM will allow it, what about playing a Taunting Haunt(MM5) with class levels? Their Font of Knowledge ability means always having max ranks in all knowledge skills, and you can't be driven off unless someone beats you in 3 knowledge or perform checks(and even then, you won't die).

Wait, wait, wait...someone killed Alex Trebek, found his ghost and printed his stats in a friggin' Monster Manual?
It always seems like the barrels around here have something in them.

While i doubt the Trebek ghost would fly i'll have to ask once this becomes an option.
Clerics and Druids are like the 4 and 2 in 42. Together they are the answer to the ultimate question in D&D.
Retire the character before the DM smacks you with the Table as the book will feel totally inadequate now.-Hazren

didn't you know? incorporeal subtype grants flight.

Given the Haunt's desire to mercilessly taunt those it doesn't like, I consider it more of a "Greg House, MD" Monster.
