Q 118 Where can I find NPC builds of NPC classes?
Bhuka Adept 10/Hexer 10?

You know, like they have in the DMG when you need to randomly find someone between levels 1-20 of a certain class?

Ah.  I'd say just scour through modules.  I know Exp to Castle Ravenloft has several Warriors and Adepts.  Eberron material will have a lot of NPC characters statted.  Cityscape has quite a few experts and aristocrats statted out at various levels (3, 5, 10).

As does Red Hand of Doom
[Spoiler]
A gygaxian dungeon is like the world's most messed up game show.

Behind door number one: INSTANT DEATH!
Behind door number 2: A magic crown!
Behind door number 3: 4d6 giant bees, and THREE HUNDRED POUNDS OF HONEY!
They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...
Best metaphor I have seen in a long time.  I give you much fu.
Three Errata for the Mage-kings under the sky,
Seven for the Barbarian-lords in their halls of stone,
Nine for Mortal Monks doomed to die,
One for the Wizard on his dark throne
In the Land of Charop where the Shadows lie.

Q119: Is there a pre-collected list anywhere of races and monsters that come with psionic power-points?

A 119 I can't find anything in the Lists of Stuff on WotC forum, but I do know one race. Athasian Human, Dragon Mag #319 p26. Starts with a first level Psion/Wilder ability, and 3 power points. At fifth, a second level power and 3 more points. At tenth, a third level power and 5 more points. Finally, at fifteenth level, a third level power and 7 more points.

In addition, they have all the normal traits of human, except for +2 to any two stats, and a +1 LA.

there's a list in the Handbooks section of monster with innate spellcasting/manifesting ability. dont know if that is helpful.

Q 120: Can I intentionally fail a caster level check, namely to over come my own SR?
A player once asked me if there was any way to make a Tarrasque more evil... 3 sessions later he was stoned with D20s as the PC led an exidus out of the path of a Dire Tarrasque of Legendary Wonder.

I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle.  The book doesn't even exist!

you could always just get fire resistance/immunity, or have an active spell turning/immunity effect active.

If you stop ignoring 289 pages telling what the intent is to stretch "more power" in your own god complexion of your interpretation trumps all to cover ability adjustments from aging then I will ignore a quarter page of rules that exist within a sidebar.
I think in this case the grammar is less important than whether the Str and Dex bonus provided to your created undead scales.

But I have a SR of 10+HD and I'd like to take advantage to it.

RAW, you always ignore your own SR.

A120

be Good Aligned .... then use this feat:
Purify SpellGood creatures take no damage.
4. Evil Outsiders have the die size of the damage dice increased by one category (i.e.,
1d6 becomes a 1d8, a 1d8 becomes 2d6, etc.)

if everyone in your party is good... nobody takes any damage except the bad guys

what about a chaotic one?
