So I'm going to apply for a 3e game. It'll be PL 10, and a mix between street-level clearing out crime and newbie supers style-wise. Thus, I'm thinking about digging up this build and adapting it to 3e. Now, I have two directions I might take this in. On one hand, there's the direction I went with the original build - high Str, high Sta (the new Con), the works. On the other hand, I could make Sta a nonability, reflecting the complete replacement of vital processes with super-dense hydrogen and energy from nuclear fusion, and get outright Immunity to Fort effects. The main problem with this is that heroes without Stamina can't exert Extra Effort, which is a really big blow. Thoughts?

Also, I should probably update the index, shouldn't I? :P

Probably best off buying immunities up the wazoo. Not sure about 3e stuff though.
The mind transcends the body.
It's also a little cold because of that.
Please get it a blanket.

I wish I could read your mind,
I can barely read mine.

And the things it reflects in, like water or glass, can all be broken, right? 3e mostly works the same as 2e, with some significant changes. However, for purposes of this dilemma it's practically the same. One difference is that many functions that were once exclusively in the domain of Hero Points (notably, power stunts) are now folded into Extra Effort, with HPs eliminating the fatigue as normal.
Would it be worth it if the DM allows me to use Hero Points for Extra Effort (i.e., I can't take exert EE normally, but can still spend a HP to simulate the effects)?

Now putting this on hold to work on my submission for NeonKnight's FSN game. For obvious reasons, I won't post the sheet here until the game ends or my character dies (or I fail to get accepted), but if you don't mind, veekie, I could PM you my preliminary sheet to get a second opinion. :D

Quote from: Grimoire of Marisa
Reimu becomes completely impossible to touch. Opaque invisible man status.
This seems like Reimu's final attack, but it looks like she just closes her eyes and the danmaku aims itself and fires towards the enemy automatically.
By the way, from the beginning spell cards were nothing important. I try to show this playful manner when I name my spell cards. Otherwise, I have no chance to win.
This is merely nothing but the power Reimu was born with, a spell card she never has to use. So the name of the attack must also come from heaven.

Whats an Explision?
It's a mix of an explosion and a typo. It spreads typos all over its area and ruins all written language-based effects in that area.

Split Attack 9 because the thing can cut up to ten spirits at once. I don't see Youmu as doing +10 Damage though, so she may need to use Power Attack or Flurry to get the full mileage out of those, unless she's allowed to set some of the attacks to +0 Damage.
