Circle of Vigor Question (PH2 version, not SC)

I know it affects at least a 10ft radius, but does it still only target 1 creature/2CLs?

Does it matter, though?

If a spell appears in SpC that's the version you are supposed to use.

PH2 overrides SC, PH2 is the later source. And yes, it does matter: It determines if Wands of Circle of Vigor are more cost-effective than Wands of Lesser Vigor. From my math, I don't think so. But I suck at math, so I will likely need to be corrected.

Could not find any circles of vigor in player's handbook 2. What are you talking about?

...Odd, I thought they reprinted the Vigor line in PH2? I know the SC and CD both have it, but I could have sworn it was also in PH2.
