Q 86:If a melee weapon has the thrown and the seeking enchantment, will the seeking enchantment be active in a melee attack?

hmm. I think so. I can certainly see it working, the weapon automatically steering itself towards the target. that can totally work in melee too.

Q88: What are some good exotic ranged weapons? I'd like things that offer more versatility over damage. I'll probably be using thrown weapons for damage (TWF+Rapid Shot+lots of bonus damage). I seem to remember seeing some crossbow bolts that could be filled with alchemical materials or something, but I don't remember where. You can answer here if you don't want to clutter up this thread.

A couple of water benders, a dike, a flaming arrow, and a few barrels of blasting jelly?

Sounds like the makings of a gay porn film.

A88: There's the annulat, which gets a +2 against enemies with cover.  Planar HB.

The Talenta and/or Xen'Drik Boomerangs from ECS are great because then you can qualify for the Boomerang Daze feat from Races of Eberron.  DC 10 + Damage dealt Fort save or be dazed for 1 round.

The Orc Shotput (source?) is apparently a pretty amusing pile of numerals.

Probably asking how would one add it to their list.

Take a level of contemplative for a domain that grants it? looking through them atm.

Good Domain gets it but that requires you to be good to get it though i cant see anywhere if you lose it for being evil (if you aren't a cleric) so:
Evil > Blackguard x > Good > Contemplative 1 > Evil > Blackguard X (With an atonement) might get it you... a lot of work though... or you could get the good subtype with a ritual and not bother with the alignment pingpong

Actually, there isn't really anything that explicitly requires you to be good to have access to the good domain.

Q 91 For the dragonborn rebirth change, it says that you retain the ability modifiers of your original race, and gain the new ones. So does that mean a dragonborn elf has +0 DEX, +0 CON, and a dragonborn dwarf has -2 DEX, +4 CON, -2 CHA?

Q 92 What races gains the most benefit by going dragonborn, other than kobold (which pretty much only loses the +1 natural armor)?

A 92: Elf ranks right up there, but ultimately probably the Buoman (+Wis outsider race that loses it's no-speaking restriction).

Elves have about four things that they'd lose.
Where are Buoman from?

I just wish the Tibbit wouldn't lose it's cat form in the transformation.  I want to see a dragonborn cat form.  Actually some DM's might let that happen just because it'd look funny as hell.
