Warlock Build Critique
I need your help!!!

I need a quick build critique! So far the build is looking like a male Human Warlock 4/Binder 1/Ur-Priest 2/Eldritch Disciple 10/Hellfire Warlock 3 (stat array of Str 10, Dex 10, Con 12, Int 16, Wis 15, and Cha 14 at first level).

Feats are looking like: Scribe Scroll [1st], Able Learner [Human], Education [Flaw], Spell Focus (Evil) [Flaw], Craft Wondrous Item [3rd], Iron Will [Otyugh Hole], Leadership [6th], Fly-By Attack [9th], Landlord [12th], Craft Contingent Spell [15th] and Extra Invocation [18th].

1.) Do I need Able Learner? It's only there to sustain skill points in Use Magical Device. If it isn't I've thought about Dreadful Wrath instead.

2.) Would it be more advantageous to try to fit in the DMM (Persistent Spell) series? If so, what would be most prudent to sacrifice than?

Given that you are human anyway you could probably deal with losing 2 levels of something in that build for 2 levels of chameleon as you are getting able learned anyway, this gives you a feat you can switch out every day and makes it so you do not need to take any of those item crafting feats as your normal feats. You could probably drop the last two levels of eldritch disciple and still get 9th level spells. This would also free up enough feats to allow you to take DMM persist which would make excellent use of your high charisma score and limited number of urpriest spells per day.

So something like this perhaps?

Human Warlock 4/Binder 1/Ur-Priest 2/Eldritch Disciple 8/Chameleon 2/Hellfire Warlock 3.

Feats: Extend Spell [1st], Able Learner [Human], Education [Flaw], Spell Focus (Evil) [Flaw], Persistent Spell [3rd], Iron Will [Otyugh Hole], Leadership [6th], Fly-By Attack [9th], Landlord [12th], Divine Metamagic (Persistent Spell) [15th] and Extra Invocation [18th].

That does look much better, it will also give you another small pool of casting but it is from any spell list which should help with your item crafting. Are those stats point buy or rolled?

The abilities are point-buy (32 points).

Where would the 2-levels of chameleon be best situated within the build? After Eldritch Disciple so as to attain all of the Ur-Priest's spell casting or earlier as to have longer time to use that spare feat on crafting?

Earlier might be better as it will make it easier to meet the skill requirements for urpriest and it will also a switchable feat is always nice, you will just use it for things other than item creation until then. A nice use of it for this build would be extra invocation to actually allow your character to have some more options. Also since those scores are point buy I would recommend Dynamic Priest from the Legend of the Twins dragonlance book. It makes your divine casting based on charisma for everything except for save DCs which you can just avoid by focusing on buffing spells or saveless spells. That would free up 8 points to spend elsewhere like, you should probably focus on Cha and Con.
