We need to create a data base of weapons, does anyone know a reliable way to host and share Microsoft Excel files?
A player once asked me if there was any way to make a Tarrasque more evil... 3 sessions later he was stoned with D20s as the PC led an exidus out of the path of a Dire Tarrasque of Legendary Wonder.

First, the weapon doesn't change on every attack, it's different every round
That's not what I suggested.  You want to keep the weapon the same from round to round.  It should only change when they draw the weapon again.
I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle.  The book doesn't even exist!

How are they going to get a rowboat back into the scabbard? Does the scabbard transform accordingly?

That is if it only changes upon being drawn.

My guess is the same way you get a statue into a Bag of Holding.

My guess is the same way you get a statue into a Bag of Holding.
