Oh crap, we have a furry! KILL IT WITH FIRE!  :p

LOLZ!

I'm here to pimp my second favorite PrC in Dragon Magizine.

Thrall of Malcanthet! 7/10 spell casting, +4 untyped Cha, turn into Succubus 1/day for a +16 Cha and wings, Detect Thoughts gaze, kisses bestows negative level, two free EWP, 6 skills, +8 to social skills.

7/10 casting is hard for a Sorceress. But there is a good chance she's not level 20 if she is new to the game.
And be a Magic Blooded something with Half-Fey bought off
What issue is that PrC in. Chances are the players will be reaching level 20. Hoping that the less experienced players will eventually get a feel of the ropes as we progress through the levels. As it is, we're trying to slightly retard level progression just so that the new players have time to get used to the mechanics.

Isn't Magic Blooded a 3.0 template?

Man, if we keep on slapping on templates on this character, she'll have on heck of a time trying to explain her lineage. On succubusses, I believe that no longer qualifies for pretty, in the fairy princess sense of the word, as it does for sexy/slutty.

Dragon 353. And Magic Blooded is from the issue that updated to 3.5 I think. Or it's like 5 issues behind.

90% of the class can be adapted to Fey with no work. The only 'hard' parts would be changing the Exotic Weapons from Whips to something more appropriate and dealing with the bonus damage when you attack an ally. And the final form, but you could just call that a Nymph with butterfly wings.

i think a Pixie would be great for this. ..... heres an example:

Pixie 4/ Ranger 2/ Cloistered Cleric 2/ Rogue(Feat Variant)2 / Marshal 3/ Masterthrower 5/ Exotic Weapon Master 2
http://community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/75882/19871070/The_Pixie_Handbook?pg=16

heres another one:

Pixie 4/ Rogue 2/ Marshal 1/ Warlock 2/ Pyrokineticist 10
http://community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/75882/19871070/The_Pixie_Handbook?pg=14

but you could do just fine with:

Pixie 4/Marshal 3/ Sorceror 4/ Virtuoso 3/ Sublime Chord 2/ Virtuoso 4-7

excellent abilities ...... 8th lvl spells

also
Pixie 4/Marshal 1/ Paladin 2/ Sorceror 4/ Virtuoso 3/ Sublime Chord 2/ Virtuoso 4-7

could work just fine .....

ALL these builds are EASILY PLAYABLE at ALL levels, and can contribute to any party, and best of all... no XP penalties

Funny way of approaching the Virtuoso.
Gendou Ikari is basically Gregory House in Kaminashades. This is FACT.

another very simple approach might be to do this:

Pixie 4/ Marshal 1/ Sorceror 6/ Virtuoso 3/ Sublime Chord 1/ Initiate of the Sevenfold Veil 5

very strong .... easy to play... kind of a similar approach to the original post

Right now, all we could think of was setting her up with a Sorceress 9/Initiate of the Sevenfold Veil 7/Sorceress 4.
...
Both my Co-DM and I have agreed that pretty much all 3.5 sources are viable. No real restrictions. Besides keeping the build simple, the only other real constraint is keeping/making the build as pretty as it can possibly be.

Star Elf (Anything that doesn't change elven blooded would work as a template add, but you need at least 1/8 elven blood whatever that means)
Sorc5/Spellsinger2/HeartfireFanner5/Spellsinger+3/xxx5(maybe Virtuoso5)
Aereni Focus(perform) gets you perform as a skill and also counts as skill focus perform.
Also assumes you use races of faerun as 3.5 since it is kind of one of those in between books.

The Pixie sounds like a good idea, but that +4 LA's huge and really hurt's Sorceress casting. That stat adjustments are really awesome and the at-will greater invisibility is amazing but I feel she'd benefit more from higher level spells. Is the pixie really well worth the lost spellcasting levels?

Right now, based on what every one's suggested, I'm thinking of setting her up with a Magic Blooded Unseelie Fey Half Nymph (or Half Fey) Star Elf which nets her a +10 to charisma (28 total, she rolled an 18 for charisma) which is pretty damn respectable for only +2 LA which can easily be bought off. Half Fey would give her Charm Person at will with a huge number of spell-like abilities while Half Nymph would give her Awesome Beauty (similar to the Nymph's blinding beauty ability but renders them Shaken rather than Blind). Both are good. Still can't decide which one to give her.

I'm also considering giving her Southern Magician and a level in Sacred Exorcist for Turning and Divine Metamagics.

Was thinking of Sorc 5 (Blood of Siberys Variant)/Mindbender 1/Ruathar 2/Sacred Exorcist 1/Initiate of the Sevenfold Veil 7/Ruathar +1/Sorc +3 with feats (9 = 7 base + 2 Flaws) Spell Focus and Greater Spell Focus: Abjuration, Skill Focus: Spellcraft, Extend Spell, Persistent Spell, Southern Magician, Divine Metamagic: Persistent Spell, Twin Spell, and 1 more.

If you don't mind cheese, you can take the 0-LA feytouched (Link) from the Wizards site, and then take the one-LA transition to Half-Fey (Link). That is, you can get Half-Fey with just one LA if you're feytouched.

Half fey is probably the better choice as it frees up quite a few of your sorcerer spells due to the spell like abilities.

Add the Magic in the Blood feat to get more uses from them. :D

i dont understand .... are you looking for a Simple easy to play Build ?....... since you said she was a NEW player

Both my Co-DM and I have agreed that pretty much all 3.5 sources are viable. No real restrictions. Besides keeping the build simple, the only other real constraint is keeping/making the build as pretty as it can possibly be.

the build you made was nice ..... but Very Far from Simple, and has Options that a New Player wont understand how to use ...... chances are that more optimized players might get Impatient if she is unable to use the build Properly(or in a way you might use it)

for a Simple Build...... dont even think about Spellcasting.....

a Simple Build might be like this:

Succubus 12/ Marshal 3/ Master Thrower 5

focus on Cha .... assuming 32pt buy:

12 Str
30 Dex
16 Con
20 Int
18 Wis
40 Cha

Master Thrower tricks:

Palm Throw
Trip Shot
Weak Spot

Marshal Auras:
Motivat Cha
Motivate Dex

Feats:
Skill Focus(Diplomacy)(marshal bonus)
Point Blank Shot
Precise Shot
Weapon Focus(Dagger)
Weapon Finnesse
TWF
Quickdraw(MT bonus)
Imp Crit(MT bonus)
Snatch Arrows(MT bonus)
Combat Panache

Assume Supernatural Ability(Greater Teleport) would be nice also if you wanted to switch something out

this build gives great survivability .... and she can contribute to each combat(Battlefield Control and Debuff(Penalty to Attack roll = Cha bonus), and even more out of Combat with a focus on Diplomacy(50+ check) and Bluff.... also she boosts everyone else at the same time.....

she can be anyone(Change Shape (SU) ability, unlimited duration or uses), at will Charm Monster(DC 32), Detect Thoughts,Suggestion, Greater Teleport

SR, DR, Imunities, resistances , Flight... etc....

what does she need spells for...... she can just run around being Pretty(Diplomacy,Bluff) and Trip everything that comes near your Party(10 attacks(using Gloves of Balanced Hands) Ranged Touch Attacks with Dex check of 1d20+29, can be a lot higher if needed)

very simple ... but she has the Important options that she needs to help the rest of any Party

 :D

Even slight stat bumps hurt a full caster more than helping her.  Human is simple yet effective.
Hood - My first answer to all your build questions; past, present, and future.

Speaking of which:
Don't even need TO for this.  Any decent Hood build, especially one with Celerity, one-rounds [Azathoth, the most powerful greater deity from d20 Cthulu].
Does it bug anyone else that we've reached the point where characters who can obliterate a greater deity in one round are considered "decent?"
