Q81 (Su) ability based on Alternate Form that lasts for 1 hour and is a full-round action to use.

How can I use it for 24 hours straight? Other then Action Points.

If it makes it any easier, I only need the mental ability boosts the form grants.

The ability is the capstone of the THRALL OF MALCANTHET DRAGON 353.
Unfortunately, all I can think of is extend supernatural, which only gets you double the time... do (su) abilities still count as part of their school?

Q82 If I am a ToB class. (Warblade for argument sake) and I have a Crown of the Whiteraven which grants a Maneuver Stance. Can the character be in the Crown's Stance in addition to his normal (Warblade) stances?

I'm inclined to so no but I thought I'd ask the experts.
Ah! Maddness. Thank you.

A 82: You can only benefit from one stance at a time unless you have Stance Mastery. However, that item (and its variants) can give you an extra option in the way of stances you meet the prerequisites for.

Q83 How can you tell if something is a death effect?
Ability in question is a (Su) Gaze granted by class levels with a Fortitude Save or die. It doesn't say Death Effect anywhere...

It'll say death effect in the description somewhere.

Behind door number one: INSTANT DEATH!
Behind door number 2: A magic crown!
Behind door number 3: 4d6 giant bees, and THREE HUNDRED POUNDS OF HONEY!
They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...
Best metaphor I have seen in a long time.  I give you much fu.

Q84

Reading over this, http://community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/75882/22359629/Shatter_-_Whats_so_good_How_do_you_use_it

What is the reasoning for a successful shatter causing daze? Or is that just incorrect?

It may refer to the Warlock invocation Baleful Utterance, which works like Shatter and also dazes the creature holding/wearing the item if it fails a save.

According to PMBC, taking a minor bloodline level should increase your maximum ranks in skills by +1 without counting against your ECL.

Now... this requires your DM to allow bloodlines, and actually use them as PBMC suggests... which is not how many people interpret them to work. I think his interpretation is probably a bit more balanced and useful than most, though.

I did not realize it had additional effects, I should have read the invocation description, /facepalm

Q86: What is the best way to add metamagic effects to use-activated items, scrolls and whatnot if the spell isn't on your list?
Gendou Ikari is basically Gregory House in Kaminashades. This is FACT.

Metamagic Scroll?  It's an Artificer infusion from Magic of Eberron.  Slap it on a minor schema and you're set.

Q87 What happens when a wizard bans necromancy (which I've heard removes those spells from your class list) takes a feat like Mother Cyst (which adds spells to your list)?

Nothing. Banning schools means you can't even cast them from scrolls. If he gains the feat BEFORE he bans the schools, however, he still has them available.

Divine Minion (+1) Human with two flaws can enter MoMF. The had part being not getting the feat from the first HD before you qualify.

Nevermind, it clarifies "class feature."

Is rebuilding cheese available? :P

Anyways, it's damn near impossible, since generally prerequisites for PrCs need to be fulfilled before you take their first level, so you'd have to find a way to fulfill them without a hit die, most likely through template stacking.

Racial Paragon classes are typically regarded as PrC's and can be taken at level 1.

Q 89Does an artificer who is crafting his own homunculus pay 2000 gp or 1000 gp to add a hit dice? Same with xp 180xp or 7.2 xp?
It seems to imply the latter when you look at the cost for a none artificer to get one being just increased by 2000 gp so reduced it would be +1000 gp.

Ruathar... I guess, provided you do something stupid like eldritch corruption + precocious apprentice + magical training.
