Is there a Magic Item that grants Augment Summoning?

A while ago I stumbled upon this page:

I was wondering if anyone knows of a magic item that grants the Augment Summoning feat to it's wielder.
I really like the +4 Str and +4 Con, especially for creatures with various supernatural abilities whose save DCs are Constitution based, but i'm a bit feat starved, and have been trying to find an alternative.  No, i'm not a Half-orc, so the Druid substitution level is out of the question.

Or, as an afterthough, possibly an item that grants Spell Focus.  I'd rather not have to multiclass to obtain this, if given the choice.

You can get augment summoning from the dragon below domain.

There's a magic books that grants SF(enchantment), but it drives you insane...

Sorry, meant to be more specific with Spell Focus.  I need SF(Conjuration).  If I can find an item that grants it, I can use it as the prereq for Augment Summoning.

Dunno how to work the Domain power in for a druid.  Hmm..

Hmm..  Domain Draught for the Dragon Below domain, that may work.  Expensive, so I can't use it too often, but good to keep in mind.

Yeah, I just saw Contemplative.

Id take a level hit to my Wild shape ability, but I should be able to make that up through magic items.
