So... which way are we going, gang? Let's just pick one and get on with it. Since it is actually a fairly short trip, I'm thinking we go the sneaky route and leave our mounts in town. (I mean the foot path, with two above ground invisible and two tunneling below). I don't care much either way, though.

We should probably get something that gives us blindsense or something as soon as we can afford it if we want to use out burrow speed a lot.

It would have to not need LoE. Maybe Tremorsense? There is a graft for that, but I'm not sure how much it costs.

There's the Tremor Graft from MoE, but that sucks. You need to take a move action to pinpoint creatures, and you only get info that is accurate as of the moment you take the action.

No, I mean that's the only thing it can do. It doesn't actually give tremorsense, just the shitty pinpointing ability. It's just something similar, but worse.

EDIT: Here's what it does.

Effect: As long as you are touching the ground, you can take a move action to activate your graft, sensing the number and location of all creatures within 20 feet. You know the exact location of creatures within range when you activate this ability, but unless you can also see them, this knowledge can quickly become moot as those creatures move.
 Your bulky legs make your movement slower and more ponderous. As a result, your land speed decreases by 5 feet.

It's comparatively cheap for grafts at 6k.

I get the feeling there may have been another one that gave real Tremorsense, but that's the only one that comes to mind.

EDIT: Glaring Eye gives Blindsense out to 30 ft. for 10k, but Blindsense requires LoE, doesn't it?

Well, Blindsight is a level 3 cleric spell and isn't self-only.
Unfortunately it's only minute/level.

I think Tremorsense and Mindsight are basically the only constant detection methods that don't require LoE. We could make do with only one party member with Mindsight, though. Using the telepathy that goes with it, they could act as the party "navigator".

Not sure I get your meaning. Telepathy and, by extension, Mindsight don't need LoE to work. The bigger question is how to get Mindsight. I can think of two ways, but both require a two-feat investment, assuming Goldflower has traded her familiar for some ACF.
