What's the cost for a manifestation of "Psychic Reformation"? Or, what's the cheapest way to get this manifested upon one's PC?
Finding the rules/prices for NPC castings of spells was hard enough.

Are there any other ways for the Beguiler to qualify for the Shadowcraft Mage PrC than with Eldritch Corruption (or abuse of bonus high-spellcasting-stat spells)? The problem is that it needs to gain a level 4 Shadow spell with two feats, considering the inclusion of flaws.

Well, if you take a level of Mindbender, you can use your level 7 Advanced Learning to grab a shadow spell, allowing you to qualify then. Not exactly 'early', but there you go. No feat investments, just some skill points you likely were going to have anyway and a level dip that's good to have in any case.
It's all about vision and making reality conform to your vision. By dropping a fucking house on it.

Reason for this post: I found the answer! A 1/day Net of Shadows Runestaff from MIC will cost 200 gp. Ignoring the UMD check, it lets you qualify for ScM as a Beguiler from level 1 if you take Heighten Spell and Metamagic School Focus for it. This assumes you can apply MMSF to Heighten Spell as one applies metamagic to the Runestaff (which is possible).
