Q19: Aside from giving my Animal Companion Grotesque Barding (Dragon 349), are there any other (easily accessible) fear effects or spells available to Druids?

Bumped:
Q17
I would prefer a RAW answer, as I know most DMs would rule otherwise:
There's an Infusion in Magic of Eberron with the following text:

Quote from: Magic of Eberron
When you cast this infusion,
you can imbue the target object with the effects of
three different 1st-level infusions chosen at the time of
casting. The infusions function exactly as if you had cast
them on the object, and do not count against your daily
allotment.

Is the XP cost of imbuing an infusion part of the effect/function of the infusion, or part of the casting, which does not actually happen? And would Spell Storing Item from a 4th level slot, but without the XP cost still be worth it?

And a new one:

Q23
How do I get the value of a legacy item? A character in my campaign wanted one of the legacy weapons in ToB very badly (though I told them they're not THAT awesome). Now that he has completed the first legacy ritual, I'm not sure where that leaves his wealth - how do you account for the penalties the item bestows?!
By clicking this link, you open a pop-up, but I get a eurocent for my current wish, the 5th book of the Wheel of Time series. Please note that this only works if you leave the pop-up opened till it has finished loading. Thank you!

No ACFs or variants, just a regular Druid.

Thanks for the suggestion though :)

I typically just discount the gp cost of the ritual, plus the base price (of course).

Q24 Does a bonus to melee damage apply to melee touch attacks?  For example, if I shape Lightning Gauntlets on an Evil Incarnate and use Incarnum Radiance (for +2 to melee damage rolls), would my 1d6 electric damage melee touch attack deal 1d6+2 damage?

A21 The biggest con score at 0 LA that I know of is a dragonborn mongrelfolk for +6 Con.

Llolth Touched and Mineral Warrior/Stony are other templates that could potentially be applies as well for low LA.  Here is a built I had that had a fun con score:

Dragonborn Mongrel Folk Mineral Warrior: Ranger 3/Stoneblessed 3/Dweomerkeeper 2/Fist of the forest 1/Dwarf Paragon 3.

18 +10 starting,
+4 from classes,
1 point/4 Levels for leveling
Up to +11 Items
8 Free levels :D

and after that Con to AC twice.  :D

Maybe a continuous item of Bite of the Werebear for +8 con? Slightly better than the +6 from the enhancement item.

You mean Deepwarden not Dweomerkeeper.

A22: The Sovereign Host has both of those domains.

Q 23 I'm sure the answer's going to be no, but I'm really, really hoping for a yes. Is there anyway for an arcane user to become the back up healer of the party (in my case the main healer) without the Arcane Disciple feat? And you can't say multi-class or prestige into something else, or use wands or rods (they don't exist unless you personally build them).

Q 24 What book has the unlimited rations box in it? (Although I'm sure it doesn't exist either, I should at least know where it is.)

Q 25 What deity has the most domains to choose from?

Bards get cure spells. Past that, you're out of luck.

Magic Item Compendium.

Q 25 What deity has the most domains to choose from?
A 25

Again, the Sovereign Host, from Eberron Campaign Setting. It's actually a whole pantheon of deities that you can worship as a whole. If you worship the Host as a whole, you can pick and choose any of the domains offered by its individual deities.
It's all about vision and making reality conform to your vision. By dropping a fucking house on it.

hmm, not exactly an easy way, but: a 20HD druid with Megalodon Empowerment spell active can wildshape into gargantuan Spinosaurus (MM2), giving you Frightful presence! DC 20+Cha. Tadaa!

That said, dragon wildshape? If you can find at least a young adult at max. medium size.
