In addition, Savage Species and BoVD were "Transition" books. Technically 3.0, but they were using the early 3.5 update material for as much as they could be said material was finalized, and are technically "3.5 beta" in that respect.
So was the Unapproachable East book.

A 132: Wotmaniac already answered for the magazines. For the official books, I believe it was July 2003.

Academic Priest, I think it's called. If you can use a divine adaptation of the prestige bard, you could throw that onto an archivist, also. He'd be one weird dude to RP, though...  :lol

Well, given the use for it, I suppose and arcane adaptation of Academic Priest wouldn't be half bad either (ToB Bladesinger homebrew, Int synergy with Warblade would be sexy), and would fit the concept well enough (the studious bard who lets his blade do the talking).

EDIT : Actually that fits the original concept of the bards in 2nd Ed being assassins (especially Dark Sun) and commanders, since they'd be one of the few with the knowledge to pull it off.

A134:

There is a class variant Bardic Sage in UA that makes the highest spell known dictated by Int not Cha. This lets you dump charisma if you're not worried about extra spells and save DCs, if you're playing a buff bard it might work out.

Q135:

What happens if a character looses a feat that is a prerequisite for a prestige class they have taken levels in? Say my character has three levels of Dragon Slayer* and I Psychic Reformation my dodge and iron will feats away? Would I still be able to continue advancing Dragon Slayer, would I loose some or all of it's class abilities, would I loose the levels entirely?

* I wouldn't take more than one level of Dragon Slayer, it's just the first class that came to mind that has lame prerequisite feats.

If a character no longer meets the requirements for a
prestige class, he or she loses the benefi t of any class features
or other special abilities granted by the class. The character
retains Hit Dice gained from advancing in the class as well as
any improvements to base attack bonus and base save bonuses
that the class provided.

Complete Warrior, page 16. Shortened version is that you lose the benefits of any class features or other special abilities from the class. Essentially, you would only keep HD, skill points, BAB and save increases, and nothing else until you once again qualified for the PrC.

Q136: I compiled a bunch of information on PrC pre-reqs a while ago. If I were to make a early entry handbook and also an early entry shenanigans CO competition (see who can qualify for cheesed-out prereqs), who would be interested? I ask because converting the text is a bit of work...

Well... let's just say it requires some house ruling to prevent things like vampires going "I Iron Heart Surge the sun!"

I'm not familiar with Blasphemy, but if it only has one spell effect, and the duration isn't longer than instantaneous, then yes Iron Heart Surge says fucough to it.

It depends on which effect you take from Blasphemy. I don't think IHS can reverse death (just because you can't take actions while dead...), but it could undo a lot of the other stuff.

Basically if you're not evil, or a high enough level, you don't die but instead are stunned for one round. And considering a number of evil outsiders can do that thing at will, you're essentially screwed if you're not immune to stuns and dazes.

You can't IHS away stun, since you don't have the action it takes to use it.

Q138:

Do we have a guide to ways of casting more than one spell per round?

For example, Quicken Spell Feat, Belt of Battle, Circlet of Rapid Casting.. Are there more ways?

Q139:

Can a Sorcerer with the Metamagic Specialist ACF use the Quicken Spell Feat on his Spells?
