I have gestalt 12 and gestalt 10 to work with. I'd like to see it done on a national++ level.

• Kill 'em all.
• Chaining Impotency from Book of Erotic Fantasy but that's still only 12 people at a time and a 7th level spell slot.
• Some sort of intelligent undead that can work around the clock?

And there is a spell called Detect Pregnancy in BoEF, it's 0th level. How can I get that at will? It'd make things so much easier...

A custom magic item should be pretty cheap.

Level 1, Precocious Apprentice (summon mirror mephit), get a simulacrum of an efreeti, use your three wishes for a vial of a self-replicating disease (spreadable through food and water, through air, through physical contact, and through various bodily fluids) that does nothing but render its victim both sterile and incredibly sexually aroused all the time, to the point of being compulsory (only interrupted by physical requirements such as eating, sleep, etc). Also destroys inhibitions. Consider it a 'magical item'.

And the efreeti wishes would probably work, but not only is it cheeseful, but it's not even RAW. A custom self replicating disease isn't a magic item. I like the thought though.

Also also, racial advancements will allow you to start out with 0 LA. Depending on your level, you can also cast spells/psionic powers that will give you the [evil] subtype, or take PrCs.

Polymorph/metamorphosis into anything [evil]. Fusion with an [evil] creature.

Polymorph would do it, since you gain the subtypes of whatever you turn into.

Just be a neraph and you can become any evil outsider up to 12 HD. More, with Overchannel and metamorphosis.
