I thought the FAQ mentioned that flaming burst weapons still work on undead? So you should still get the benefits of blood in water stance when you crit against undead, just they don't get the extra damage.

BotW says "successful critical." that's not successful.

The current ruling actually reverses that standard - they explicitly note such.

Q283.2 anyone here has E-tools? if yes, is complete mage/champion avaliable for download?

edit: sorry about forgeting to add the question number..

.1 only if you are a cheesewrought Kobold

.2 Not legally.

q285 Do flaws carry over to alternate forms?  Eg, if i take Slow, do i become a slow bear when I wildshape?

A 283: Just to continually pimp my "lists of stuff" thread: from the Speed section...

Special Mention
Dwarf, ignore movement penalties
Tooth of Savnok, item, Tome of Magic, move at normal speed regardless of armor
Champion of Corellon Larethian 5, ecl 12, Races of the Wild, move at normal speed regardless of armor
Knight 4, ignore movement penalties from medium armor, heavy at level 9
Vengeance Knight 6, ecl 11, Champions of Ruin, only take half movement penalty for heavy armor

Q283 How can I keep my speed up in full plate without being a dwarf?
Tooth of Savnok. 2,000 gp.
What are the side effects to this tooth?
You rarely change your mind and you have a harmless arrow under your skin.
You also refuse to remove anything that increases your armor class. You can "disobey", but take a penalty. See Tome of Magic for details.
I'm looking for something to wear over Dragonscale Husk)
You quoted the wrong person, but the Ectoplasmic skin should work, I think...

A couple of water benders, a dike, a flaming arrow, and a few barrels of blasting jelly?

Sounds like the makings of a gay porn film.
...thanks

Q 286: Are there any ways to Wild Shape into an outsider or magical beast other than using Planar Shepherd? The only other thing I can think of is Exalted Wild Shape but the forms it gives you are limited.

MoMF doesn't allow Magical Beast or Outsider forms.

A 286b

Frozen Wild Shape allows you to turn into Magical Beasts with the [cold] subtype. There's an epic feat that allows you to WS into magical beasts. That's all off the top of my head.

The shifter prestige class from masters of the wild, which is 3.0 unfortunately.

Any ways to change a warlock's eldritch blast to electricity, or otherwise get an electrical attack at-will for minimal level investment?

They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...

Q 287 Just learned of the Tortle race last night, and heard that there write-ups of each of the ninja turtles, a few of the mutants (ie Rocksteady and Groundchuck), and Shredder. Anyone know where I can find those?

Not what I'm looking for.  Eseentially, I want a way to get unlimited healing on a level 1 mechantrix.

Obtain Familiar + Imp Familiar for Shocker Lizard? What are the self-imposed limits for minimal investment? Two feats too much? DCFS shenanigans to make up for it? No more than one level expenditure? Action cost? Would an item work just as well?

Does each arrow get the bonus damage?

Two feats is fine.  The minimal investment is, well, because it's a level 1 character with a couple hundred gp.

Q289

Aside from Divine Crusader and Ur-Priest, are there other fast-progression divine casting PrCs that get 9th level spells? (No Chameleon cheese either, I'd like to have actual ninth level slots printed in the table. :P)

Ew, but true. Forgot about that one (maybe I wanted to forget?). Not to come across as overly needy, but are any others that don't require you to not do what the game was designed for?
