Q175: Is it possible to apply more than one poison to a weapon and have both effects happen when you make a successful attack?  Source please.

Q173: are there any spells or magic items that increase the number of arms you have?

Check Arms of Plenty (Savage Species?). I believe it's distinct from Girallon Arms, but I may be incorrect.

Q174: Aside from Overchannel, are there any other ways to boost ML? I'm trying to get ML9 at level 6...

Assuming transparency, things that increase CL should work for ML too. Ioun Stones, etc.

This should be sufficient, assuming that transparency is, in fact, in effect.

Arms of Plenty is from Lords of Madness.  It does give you two more arms, but then goes on to say those arms can really only be used to make claw attacks (also granted by the spell).
I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle.  The book doesn't even exist!

Practiced Manifester and a Bard Buddy with Inspire Greatness?  probably not available at your level.  Nor are orange Ioun stones, at a guess... Magic Tatoo? if your DM lets + CL = +ML.  Has a cost though.

Doesn't it also require a caster with a CL of like 13 or something?

Well, Complete Adventurer's triple weapon capsule retainer seems to be able to do just that, though it could be something of an oversight.

A176: It tracks each ability score separately. "Any time you would take ability damage...the amount of the damage is reduced by 1 point, to a minimum of 0." (Bolding mine.)

q177 Does the MIC take precedence over the DMGII?

the MIC seems to have culled every decent weapon enhancement that is a +**** gp rather than a +X bonus, and made them a +X bonus, making them a whole lot less worthwhile....

It's the DM's call
A player once asked me if there was any way to make a Tarrasque more evil... 3 sessions later he was stoned with D20s as the PC led an exidus out of the path of a Dire Tarrasque of Legendary Wonder.

We could have positive THAC0s, so yes.

curses you beat me to that joke!

our DM house ruled it to AC 0, but I have no good evidence either way for it.

Penalties to BAB produce negative to hit modifiers. Negative DC's for skills via modifiers, as well as negative rolls. Yes, I think that negative AC's are supported.

First one I find is an unmodified DC: Bluff...Target wants to believe you, -5. Climb checks with good circumstances: Climbing a chimney and/or corner reduces the DC by 10 or 5. DC's for climb start at 0. There may be more...

Spot gets a -1 per 10 feet of distance.

Q 179 So, anyway, are there any abilities that trigger upon teleportation?

Whether your AC can be negative or stops at zero seems redundant, since any foe will still hit you on a 2 or more anyways (even with all-out PA), unless you are somehow able to stack enough debuffs to reduce its to-hit rating to deeply negative as well.  :p

A 179: Cloudy Conjuration (CMag 40) happens when any conjuration spell is cast. An SLA works in all ways as a spell of its namesake, so I think this works.
