Q 302: Is there a way to cast a personal spell on to someone else?  Like, casting the Shield spell onto the fighter?
There is one... Spellguard of Silverymoon, I think.  I believe it's from Player's Guide to Faerun.
Yeah, though it imposes some restrictions.
It's all about vision and making reality conform to your vision. By dropping a fucking house on it.

Damnit.

Q298 Do temporary hit points from different sources stack? I can't seem to find the specific clause on that one.
A298: According to the Rules Compendium, yes. THP from different sources stack. Of course, THP from the same source don't (like if you cast False Life twice in a row).

What about bestowing negative levels on each strike of a full round attack?

Q303 Any way to boost Wisdom that doesn't involve a template, racial choice, polymorph spell, +5 inherent from a tome, or +8 from Necrotic Empowerment? Or that gives more than the Empowerment?

Negative levels should stack, unless the spell or ability bestowing them says otherwise.

Owl's Insight gives an Insight bonus to Wis equal to half your CL. It's a Druid spell though, so might be hard to come by.

I think that would fall under the "Same Source" clause.

A303b Only thing that comes to mind at the moment is the Hexer prestige class from Masters of the Wild (yeah, 3.0, but at least it never got updated...)

Entry might be tricky though.

That's a good question, and I'm not sure. I think the author's intended them to stack for things like vampires, but not PCs. Of course, the rules don't clearly state that. So they shouldn't actually stack for vampires either, with the way they're written and with the "clarification" in the Rules Compendium. ;)

Owl's Wisdom works too, but it's only 1 minute per level instead of 1 hour per level, and it's only lvl 2. Owl's Insight would be lvl 5. Probably going to have to get it put in a wand or staff, or maybe put it on a vest and have it work X/day.

Take fighter variants. The Survivalist and the Targetteer work, but the Survivalist would probably be the better one to take since it gives you access to ALL martial weapons, where as the Targetteer can only use ranged + 2 ranged exotic.

Owl's Insight grants an *Insight* bonus, which is infinitly more valuable than an Enhancement bonus.

Regardless, it would still most likely have to be put into a wand, staff, or X/day spell placed on an item like a vest.

Warwaeaver can make touch->close, not personal->touch.
