Dragonborn Native Outsider

So for my next game I was thinking of making a Dragonborn Aasimar.

This would give me a grade total of +2 Wis, +2 Cha, +2 Con, -2 Dex and Wings

I am going for a gestalt version of Red Raiding Hood

So my questions are regarding the interaction of the Dragonborn class and being a Native Outsider.

1. Do I lose all the outsider immunities?
2. Do I keep the darkvision etc.
3. Would my type be Humanoid with Dragonblood and Outsider(native) subtypes?

Note: The bonuses to Mental Stats are relevant due to the gestalt nature of the game I may try to make a cleric side with some bone knight and ordained champ prc to really make my guy a beatstick (with buffs)!

The dragonborn template is poorly written. I think what they meant for it to do was that you keep your type, and gain the dragonborn subtype. But the authors just assumed that everyone taking it would have the humanoid type, and wrote half the description as if that were true.  So if you were an Outsider (Native), you'd just add the (Dragonblood) subtype. You'd keep Darkvision and all of the other things you gain strictly because of your Outsider type, but lose any racial specific things like the Aasimar's Light ability (IIRC, I don't remember exactly what you keep/lose as a Dragonborn).

Again, this is just my interpretation. The template as written is pretty much unusable for non-humanoids, as it is self-contradictory.
