Where is nseelie Fey from anyway?  I have yet to see it in my massive library.
I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle.  The book doesn't even exist!

By yes, she means no.
That explains so much about my life.

Why would you even do this? It hurts my eyes and looks like you ate your keyboard before suffering an attack of explosive diarrhea.

If using Genesis to hide your phylactry, set it at -300 degrees farenheit.  See how do-gooders fare with a liquid atmosphere.

Apparently its from the Dragon Compendium. WHich is why I don't have it.
I've never known anyone to allow anything from dragon... so I mean I never bought the book ironically.

Because it's in the munchkin series of books. Eer I mean the dragon compendium, home to such thing as the unseen feylie, half-minotaur, magic-blooded, troll-blooded, and a host of other things that some how make WotC look like their occasionally know what they are doing.

Really, the Dragon Mag is probably only as bad as WotC, however instead of sepmonthly books with a super awesome class/feat/item they came out monthly...
Tiers explained in 8 sentences. With examples!
[spoiler]Tiers break down into who has spellcasting more than anything else due to spells being better than anything else in the game.
6: Skill based. Commoner, Expert, Samurai.
5: Mundane warrior. Barbarian, Fighter, Monk.
4: Partial casters. Adapt, Hexblade, Paladin, Ranger, Spelltheif.
3: Focused casters. Bard, Beguiler, Dread Necromancer, Martial Adapts, Warmage.
2: Full casters. Favored Soul, Psion, Sorcerer, Wu Jen.
1: Elitists. Artificer, Cleric, Druid, Wizard.
0: Gods. StP Erudite, Illthid Savant, Pun-Pun, Rocks fall & you die.

Any way we can take the ultimate save penalty build and make it a marrulurk for the charisma-based racial Death Attack?  :smirk

A couple of water benders, a dike, a flaming arrow, and a few barrels of blasting jelly?

Sounds like the makings of a gay porn film.

Actually, none of those things are in Dragon Compendium. They're just in various issues.

Except I'm not seeing a LA for Unseelie Fey.  Am I missing something?

I'm probably wrong in this, but I believe the argument that says it's playable is drawn from the character example having an LA adjustment.

He's right, Unseelie Fey is considered LA+0 because the example Unseelie Fey Gnome has LA+0. Counterargument is that this is likely bad editing, product of copypasta-ing the gnomes character sheet and slipshoddedly adding the template in.

Funny remeber for a minute my build was...

Monk17/Bard1/Something2: For tongue of the sun and moon + doom speak are the only thing that works.
Even then it doesnt' work on undead or constructs ... which basically outed them.
Niether does unseelie fey for that matter.

Mostly though I just dont' have that book and don't know if its on our list of approved things. If it is I'll bite assuming someone can just pm me what all unseelie fey entails.
Though I think I have a better option still.

Can't you get Tongues of the Sun and Moon from a Legacy Weapon?
