Zen Archery

If you have the feat Zen Archery, you use Wis instead of Dex with ranged attacks.

Would you also sub Wis for Dex to qualify for feats or to the effects of feats if it references your Dex?

That would be a nice house rule.

By the rules as they are, it wouldn't do anything for your feat selection. Feat qualification and effects are not ranged attacks.
