Q182 With 8 class levels, what are the best ways to gain extra move actions, aside from manifesting Hustle and using maneuvers like Sudden Leap?

A182: Travel Devotion lets you travel you move speed as a swift action once a day for a minute.
Factotums can spend  3 inspiration points to gain a standard action which lets you double move then act.
I know it doesn't work in 8 levels but Swiftblade gives you free move actions.
Skarn get more standard actions which I think can be used to take more move actions.

For the infinite PP trick, simply look up Psycarnum infusion and its prerequisite, Wild Talent. It should be enough.

Q:184 Is there an official ruling for or against a creature without a swimspeed charging an opponenting in water? or a mounted charge through water.

Q:184b. Is there any templates to give a Riding dog a swim speed? It's technically a Wartrained Magebred Riding dog who serves as a level 4 Druid Animal companion, and a level 5 paladin special mount

Bestow Power + Earth Power + Torc of Power Preservation

Also Wild Surge.
Wild Surge should be marked as dreadfully inefficient because of the chance it goes badly and costs you more PP than it gains.  A 15% chance to lose 7pp (minimum) is not worth the extra 2 pp as, on average, it triggers once every 6.33 uses, negating your gain entirely.  Remember, normally you're spending 3 pp to get 2, so the +3 WildSurge free pp give you a real retrun of 4 pp for every 3 spent.  If this triggers once every 7 times (it actually triggers a little more often), you lost all of your actual gain.

Earth Power+Torc of Power Preservation+Bestow Power is best.  If you also know Body Adjustment, Body Purification, and Empathic Transfer, you can heal the party back to full hp and pp (including you!) after every fight given enough time.  Make that Healer green with envy as you effectively spend no resources but time on getting the party back to full shape.

A 184b:Aquatic Creature from Stormwrack gives a swim speed and the ability to breathe water for -2 Dex.
I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle.  The book doesn't even exist!

Well, I actually meant that you'd spend 4 of your own power points and Wild Surge up two, using Earth Power to pay for the 4th of your power points. It can, however, work without using an outdated item or learning how Psycarnum Infusion works.

MIC has a few magic items which let you move as a swift action.

Q186 - In a campaign where all casting is Spontaneous is there any good reason for a Wizard to be a Specialist and lose out on versatility when he can at all times have all his spells ready to use? Or in other words, is Abjuration/Some other school of your suggestion that you can justify worth losing a focused spell slot per level?

A186: I can see even MORE reasons to be a specialist.  Spontaneous casting gives you amazing flexibility already.  What you need now is more slots to use that flexibility in.  Be a diviner and only ban evocation if you must maximize flexibility.

I was a Diviner with Abjuration banned, thank you for your advice. I have switched to banned evocation, I can get my boom-boom elsewhere.

Q188: Are there any other ways to qualify for Regional feats aside from being a member of a specific race or being from a specific region?

One of the FR books said you could just take two ranks in Knowledge (Local) for the appropriate region. I think it was the Unapproachable East book.
