BBEG - Critique and suggestions please

I'm going to be introducing a new villain in a campaign that we switch off in running, figured I might as well have my adventures have some consistency.

What I have in mind is a LE summoning cleric (domains of Planning and Summoning). Generally summons devils.

Level 7 Cleric / Level 5 Thaumaturgist / Level 3 Cleric (for now)

STR 14 (+2)   DEX 12 (+1)   CON 13 (+1)   INT 12 (+1)   WIS 18 (+4)   CHA 18 (+4)

Flaw: Murky eyed

Feats:
Domain Bonus - Extend Spell
Human Bonus - Invisible Spell Effects
Flaw Bonus - Domain Focus
1st Level - Extra Turning
3rd Level - Quicken Spell
6th Level - Persistant Spell
9th Level - DMM (Persist)
12th Level - Craft Contingent Spell
15th Level  - DMM Quicken

Current Equipment:
Nightstick (1)        Ring of Protection +2     Full Plate +1 (Ghost Ward; Called) with / Armor Spikes +1 (Defending)

Shield +1 (Ghost Ward) w/ Shield Spikes +1 (Defending)     Headband of Wise Charisma (+2 WIS / +2 CHA)

Morningstar +1 (Magebane)     Anklet of Translocation
