None that I know of, but talk to your DM about waiving multiclass XP penalties altogether.  Most DMs I've played under consider them an obnoxious bother that isn't worth the effort.

he figuired it woudl eb fine to do the whole dragonwrought loredrake kobold schtick

and he has this love for a base calss he invented called the summoner that combines a dc reduced truenamer with the odd ability to summon "eidolons" and trying to fit itno this weird new campign im mixing min maxing and Roleplayign to make a nifty character

Summoner 5
Sorcerer 2
Sandshaper 2
Arcane caller 10(basically an arcane hierophant but for summoners and arcane casters)
Mind bender 1

and i dont want the 30% exp pentalty

None in there, if you've got a favored class of Sorcerer.  PrC's don't count for multiclass penalties.

the summoner class is kinda weird but i need 5 levels of it to have my 3rd summon by the time i finish the dual prestige class

the summons get stronger as you get them so a 3rd summon is a very very very powerful sumnmon in comparison to the 1st.

and sandshaper is epic and thus must be taken if i'm going loredrake

There is an "Extra Favored Class" feat in Unearthed Arcana, but I believe it is a variant. So you need to ask your DM.

There's also the Diverse Background feat in RoD (p. 150), but you have to be half-human, so that doesn't help you much.

I'd play that way too.

What is REALLY a pain is in-class skills. Ugh You have to cart around a GIANT list just to make sure you ... blah blah. Able learner should be a free (unchangeable) feat in every campaign
