This is an idea I had while on the GitP boards, and Master of Masks was brought up. Or maybe I read it. I dunno. Anyway, I'm trying to optimize a kensai with Morphing fists. The advantage of having morphing fists is A: The DM can't argue "You can't make a 2 handed weapon with only 1 hand," B: Your weapons are the same if you ever choose to dual wield, or go S&B (Rare, but a shield is definitely a weapon), and C: You have morphing fists!
Naturally since you can morph them into weapons that can be thrown (or enchant them with Throwing), bloodstorm blade can come into play. Also a dip into master of masks for proficiency with anything your fists can turn into is essential. An argument can even be made that you can create any tool that you would want as well (at least I'd allow it).
Anyway, as close as I can figure, the build looks something like this:
Factotum1(Able Learner)/Warblade 4/Master of Masks1/Kensai 2/Bloodstorm Blade 4/Kensai+6(If you want more fist enchantments)/Warblade +2(or + 8, depending)
I can't quite squeeze 9th level maneuvers in and still get the ability to toss my fists. If that's not important to you, or you can settle for simply returning fists, you can go into bloodstorm blade for only 2, or even 0 levels, and just focus on warblade/kensai. The bare minimum of warblade levels needed is 14 (unless you round up for initiator level, in which case it's 13). If there's no BSB, you could go Factotum 3 for int to all kinds of checks, notably trip checks.
