Midnight Dodge may be used in place for intensive proposes as the Dodge feat itself.

So if at all possible one might be able to sneak that into a build and receive the bonus against two opponents. You do not even need to invested essentia because you may still use the feat with a +0 AC bonus and still receive the 50% cover.

One Bonus essentia and secondary target. What else can Incarnum do?

for intensive proposes
Did you do that on purpose? For all intents and purposes.

A couple of water benders, a dike, a flaming arrow, and a few barrels of blasting jelly?

Sounds like the makings of a gay porn film.

It does specify the targeting aspect of your dodge feat. Midnight Dodge might work. If only we could make this work with Psionic Dodge or Desert Wind Dodge.
