Very nice ubernoob. Sonnet on!
"No, no, don't think, Maya." Ritsuko chided. "We will not gattai the Evas or their pilots.

Such thoughts lead inevitably to transformation sequences."

For dark days
have come and gone
only to light the ways
and introduce dawn

a new day has come
a new beginning is nigh
we shall sound the drum
and wave good-bey

on the eve of battle
on the verge of death
can one hear no rattle
only silent breath

the enemyy must know
that we are coming
but we will show
and continue drumming

for the deep sound
penetrates all
a noice so profound
even heroes will stall

the drums quicken
to introduce the fight
now dont be a chicken
this is an invite

the rattle of swords
iron to iron
will bring no rewards
except for perfect silence

cause when the battle is done
mercenaries will cry and yell
because the fight is lost and won
which even a drunk can tell.

now its back to the farm
return to the lands
where we will face no harm
but join our hands

lets hope this day
will never come again
this is where we will stay
let us live in peace. Amen.

Awesome.  There seem to be a lot of three-day-bans going around there these days...

Sunic may be more abrasive than sandpaper coated in chainsaws (not that its a bad thing, he really does know what he's talking about), but just posting in this thread without warning and telling him he's an asshole which, if you knew his past experiences on WotC and Paizo is flat-out uncalled for. Never mind the insults (which are clearly 4Chan-level childish). You say people like Sunic are the bane of the internet? Try looking at your own post and telling me you are better than him.

Here's a fun fact: You aren't. By a few leagues.

"This is the greatest and best song in the world's. . . tribute."

Because these poems/songs/what-have-you are only a tribute to the awesomeness of the BrilliantGameologists site. Rock on, Gameology. (Now to request a head-bang smiley)

I still don't get why exactly did you put that to your signature. As I have argued in several threads before, fighting G0 with provocative messages and whatnot is not going to help our case in any way. Frankly, it is going to make our situation worse. Every single time some gets a warning or gets banned we have lost a bit of our credibility. In short, I am certain that you made our, or at least my, situation a bit less favourable at WotC.

Well, frankly, they get the most exposition, so I can see why banging heads against them is a no-no. But still, they should really take it in stride.

Like my grandfather used to say, if you make insulting into an artform and someone gets pissed, then they're getting pissed off at art, which just shows how much of a douche they are.

Best way to fight someone like that is doing so in the shade. As many of you are probably aware, stepping into enemy territory with guns blazing is just asking to step on landmines. Don't. Contrary to what Sylvester Stallone may have taught us in our infancy, that's not a winning strategy.

On thought the battle was won
but couldn't see
it had only just begun.
wouldn't you agree?

All this fighting
all this pain
You''d think it's exciting
but who still knows what's to gain?

Battling against a giant
is never an easy task
we will not be compliant
no matter what they ask

The war has only just begun
but what victory lies ahead?
The damage cannot be undone
shouldn't we run instead?

Run from all this evil
that is what we should do
don't be so medieval
a new era we should persue.

So my message to you,
all my friends at the CO crew
Even though you throw with poo
and your intentions may be oh so true
there is nothing that you can undo
the pain will still come back to you.

*sigh* I feel ashamed that I couldn't follow my own advice... I must seriously be slipping on my discipline. (Look up 4e first impressions on the 4e optimization board at WotC and you'll understand)
