Armor: [Chain Shit]

Failed the Fortitude save after eating Innkeeper Grog's Mystery Stew, did he?  I didn't realize this would provide quite so much protection...;)

That said: why so many feats?  I don't see any flaws listed anywhere on the character sheet...

lol, I kinda just exported something to text and pasted it up. But for feats think he will survive? Do I need to shuffle his stats? I went chain so I could maybe do some tripping later and to stay out of reach.

No Flaws, the feats are from the UA variant, says No Sneak Attack, gain bonus feats as fighter. Those plus the ones rogue gets as class.

Aaah.  I see why I'm getting two extra feats: you listed Evasion and Uncanny Dodge as feats.

Hmm...nope.  Still coming up with one too many.

Level 1: Combat Reflexes (base), Combat Focus (bonus)
Level 2: EWP Spiked Chain (bonus)
Level 3: Combat Expertise (base)
Level 4: Dodge (bonus)
Level 6: Mobility (base,) Spring Attack (bonus)

...which leaves Whirlwind Attack sitting out in the cold.

Still coming up with one extra.  Did you accidentally assume a human bonus feat?  I do that, sometimes.

His AC is too low. Otherwise, it looks a decent build. More like a fighter with extra mobility and social skills than an actual rogue IMHO.

Does martial Rogue allow you to be Lawful ?

Rogues by default can be any alignment. Lawful rogues are usually what are usually called "underlings".

Now, to the OP...
So, what is it you want from this character? (to determine direction)
Also, what books are you allowed to use? (to determine velocity)

We'll put your character on a good vector.
It always seems like the barrels around here have something in them.

To fulfill the skill monkey role of a Rogue, while still being able to deal out some dmg / live. Thinking of going into trip /disarm since he rolled 2 18's. (Used my GenCon 08 Dice, either rolls a 1 or 6 everytime lol)

The party has 1 barb (that demolishes everything) 1 fighter. The cleric is a new player and does wonderful at healing, beyond that the party is kinda hosed.

PHB Classes only, no multi classing, any and all variants allowed, all feats allowed. Pretty much everything but BoVD, ToB, and dragon mags.

For Flavor I don't see him as a rogue just as a Person who was trapped in the dungeon and this is the path he picked to survive. Some fighting skills with alot of sneak/camoflauge. I would like to be able to disguise myself and cripple the defense's / poison their food and get out if need be.

Your party is rather melee-heavy. Is there any arcane presence in the group? I suppose rogue could make use of wands and scrolls, to help shore up the lack of a good wizard.

What's that trick with martial rogues?  Like, Martial Rogue + Sneak Attack Fighter + Swashbuckler and then you get Daring Outlaw?  That might fit the bill.

Aren't the social skills kind of worthless in WLD, while trap-finding might actually be useful?  I haven't run it (I'd rather run 14 separate modules, personally), but that was the gist of what I've heard about it.  Maybe some players with more experience with it could suggest the best skills besides use magic device for a rogue in the dungeon.

Dodge, Mobility, Spring Attack is a trap.

Instead of Whirlwind Attack, I'd focus on the attacks of opportunity. Deft Opportunist, Power Attack, the works. Also, Improved Trip (it's a strength-check so your BAB doesn't even matter). The whole Spring Attack-line is a huge strain on your resources. You could, if possible, dip two-three levels in Decisive Strike Monk (you'd need to make an attack with Unarmed Strike or another weapon, but you can make AoOs with Spiked Chain while benefiting of the normal benefits). Having that double damage on all your AoOs could be handy, and Decisive Strike Monk offers a bunch of bonus feats.

And of course, dipping Crusader for Thicket of Blades would be great (if allowed). All in all, I'd definitely focus on lockdown in WLD with a character like this. Mayhap take Imp. Bull Rush + Shock Trooper later, but by and large it would probably pay off better to go with Trip/Stand Still/the like

Well, doubt that forgery or sleigh pf hand would be useful. Ride is not useful AFAIK in the WLD. Diplomacy is your best bet for useful social skill.

I'd suggest factotum or artificer (!) above anything in core (not that they're an option), unless you wanted to go druid. Even without an animal companion, and without summon spells, druids are still incredibly powerful.
