A241: Well, you could combine Draconic and Magic-Blooded I think...
I already have Magic-Blooded, Unseelie Fey, and Incarnate Construct on the Warforged. The DM made Unseelie Fey LA +1 (not entirely unjustified), so I'm looking for something that gives more Cha than Draconic before I go with that.

Remember when I asked about Incarnate Construct, what a warforged keeps, and Warforged feats? That's this character.

I can't think of anything less than a +2 LA that gives +4 Charisma (read: Phrenic), sorry.

Yeah, that's what I originally used until the DM nerfed Unseelie Fey to +1 and Phrenic to +3.

Have someone cast "enlarge person" on you before they cast "incarnate construct", which makes you large and then changes your type to giant.  When the size increase wears off, you're still a giant, and eligible for primordial giant.

Q240: Are there any feats and/or cheap (LA +1 or less) templates that increase your base land speed?

Preferribly ones useable by a creature of the Animal or Dragon type.

Thanks in advance :)
Shadow Creature from Lords of Madness / MotP increases all speeds by half.  It is LA +2, however.

Q 241

Are there any templates (it has to be a template) that give +4 Cha or more for +1 LA? Preferably stuff that can be applied to a Warforged.

I've looked a lot, for an irrelevant build, and I could find no template giving more than double its LA in +Cha, excepting Unseelie Fey.

Oh yeah. I forgot that one because you can't apply Primordial Giant to a Petal. (The race I was using in this instance)

Q242: What ways (feats, (Prestige) Class abilities, Souldmelds etc.) are there to pick up Improved Grab?

A242: The one that immediately comes to mind is Wildshape.

Any others? I'm working on a Totemist/Black Blood Cultist, so Wildshape isn't really an option...

It wouldn't be worth the LA hit, but you could turn it into a Half-Troll, then apply the Primordial Giant template.  As a DM I use that template all the time to make things into giants.  Of course, I'm working in a Norse world, where trolls are rather common, and being a troll is the desired result I'm going for.

A242: It only works for unarmed strikes, not natural attacks, but the Scorpion's Grasp feat from Sandstorm is Improved Grab, but for unarmed strikes.

Barb1 bear totem substitution (complete champion) lets you swap out fast movement for improved grab. Whether you are willing to forgo pounce in its stead though...

Feral template.

It's dependent on racial HD for its abilities, unfortunately.
Gendou Ikari is basically Gregory House in Kaminashades. This is FACT.

Kuro, you may want to reread the template.
Quote
A feral creature gains additional special
attacks depending on its Hit Dice, as shown on the table
below.
Not Racial HD dependant for special attacks. Isn't that just splendidly broken?

Continued directly after that:
Quote
It gains the special attacks indicated in the row corresponding to its monster Hit Dice, plus all those in previous rows.
Emphasis mine.

Eh, That same clause is not there for the special qualities section. Talk about bad editing. Guess you get Feral Fast Healing but not pounce. :shrug
