Q 227: Is there a rod that you put 6 wands into and activate them all?
A player once asked me if there was any way to make a Tarrasque more evil... 3 sessions later he was stoned with D20s as the PC led an exidus out of the path of a Dire Tarrasque of Legendary Wonder.

Q230: Is there any way an artificer could assume the form of a creature with 23 HD, before epic levels?

Q231: Has anyone made an artificer handbook?

I remember there was a magic light weapon that you could change it into a heavy(?) shield as a swift action... I just can't remember where...

Q232
According to this, a creature with SR that enters an ongoing area effect isn't allowed a SR check, assuming my interpretation is correct.

Does this mean I can time stop then drop a maw of chaos (Spell Compendium 140) on them, automatically bypassing their SR?

Q233
By default, is SR checked every round for ongoing area effects?  For example, if a creature is unaffected by maw of chaos (Spell Compendium 140) the first round because SR blocked, then does it check SR again the next round?
Hood - My first answer to all your build questions; past, present, and future.

Speaking of which:
Don't even need TO for this.  Any decent Hood build, especially one with Celerity, one-rounds [Azathoth, the most powerful greater deity from d20 Cthulu].
Does it bug anyone else that we've reached the point where characters who can obliterate a greater deity in one round are considered "decent?"

And please note that the runescarred berserker's spells are divine in nature and therefore a chameleon knows them automatically.

Q231: Has anyone made an artificer handbook?

There used to be a really good one on the WOTC forums, but it is hard to find now because it is archived and from a non-standard board.  I forget who the writer was.

Q234: What are some really good spells to apply the living spell template to for combat?  Can't do anything with XP components, unfortunately...

I would think cloudkill would be awesome, but I think there's already one with cloudkill combined with something else in the ECS.  Someone once made a joke about a mass Cure Light Wounds spell that chases undead around the Mournland, trying to kill them with curing.
The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist.
