Any time you advance to a number of hit dice divisible by 4 (X modulus 4 = 0), you gain a stat point; thus, animal companions do too.  I'm still unsure what happens if an AC's INT increases beyond 2, but I'd prefer not to tempt fate by having my AC talk back to me.
Hood - My first answer to all your build questions; past, present, and future.

Speaking of which:
Don't even need TO for this.  Any decent Hood build, especially one with Celerity, one-rounds [Azathoth, the most powerful greater deity from d20 Cthulu].
Does it bug anyone else that we've reached the point where characters who can obliterate a greater deity in one round are considered "decent?"

Q173: Is there a way to get ranged AoOs? Specifically, with Mind Arrows.
Witty sayings? Nah, not right now. Currently playing Dwarf Fortress and League of Legends. I really recommend League of Legends.

A173: There is arrow mind, which lets you take AoOs on people within 5 feet. It's a 1st level ranger spell, lasts for one minute per level. There might be something else, but I don't know it.

You can use expansion tricks in conjunction with this to increase your AoO range, as well

Q174: Assuming feats and UMD aren't available (that is, the Druid can't UMD - other characters in the party can though), which means exist for a Druid to improve his Spot-check (this particular Druid is level 15)? I've reached +41 with a combination of basic Wisdom (starting at 19, all level-ups and +6 item; not enough money for inherents yet so stuck with 28), Owl's Insight (+8; the only permanent CL buff I've got is Orange Prism Ioun Stone and I can't exactly afford enough Beads of Karma to use it every time I cast the spell), +10 competence from Third Eye Aware (not using custom items) and 18 ranks. I can get Alertness by being next to my AC.

That would put me at 18+9+4+10+2 = +43. I'd like to at least be able to locate still, unliving invisible objects (DC 60) and if possible, beat the "Pierce Illusions"-threshold of 80. The only thing I can think of is some Insight-bonus, but Moment of Prescience doesn't appear on Druid-list and it's Personal-only. Same with Divine Insight and Guidance of the Avatar. I have access to Extraordinary Wildshape-spell (from the standard list) if that's of any good; I can't think of forms with massive Spot-bonuses though.

Q175: Any good Wildshape forms for Extraordinary Wildshape in general detection-abilities wise? Blindsight is easily acquirable through a spell, so I'm looking for something more obscure/efficient. This one mostly from MM1; I can think of Grimlocks, but that's about it.

A175) An item familiar could help considerably, but that'll cost a feat.

You could get a wand of Guidance of the Avatar and have the rogue poke you with it (range is touch, after all).  After all, CL doesn't matter for a static bonus and duration, and a second level spell is fairly cheap.

Q175

Do the preferred weapons list for disciplines in the ToB serve any balance purpose, or are they just fluff? Am leaning toward the latter.
So you end up stuck in an endless loop, unable to act, forever.

In retrospect, much like Keanu Reeves.

A 175

The discipline feats require you to use a preferred weapon of the corresponding discipline, and some abilities give you bonuses if you're using one of them (don't recall any specifics right now, though). Other than that, they're just fluff.

Eyes of the Avoral gives a +8 racial Spot bonus. It is 1st level on the Ranger list, and also appears on the Cleric list. I'd imagine it's druid also, but I didn't check.

I think the MW tool Bowen mentioned is Circumstance, so it should stack with this spell and all the other stuff you mentioned, I think. So that's +10 more.

@Phaedryss, Bowen, Linguist: Thanks. I just realized I could have a Rogue make me drink a Potion of Divine Insight for Insight-bonus too. Guidance unfortunately overlaps with my Competence-item, but it's a larger bonus. Thanks for Eyes of the Avoral. Still trying to think which Tool would work. Anyways, I should be able to at least beat 60 easily with this.

Regarding the boosts Dancing/Raging Mongoose:

They are swift to activate and they state that you get one or two extra attacks at your full BAB.  Can you use this on a charge to get more than one attack?

The question isn't really the weight, but the volume. Going by the text in the PHB that says a jug holds 1 gallon, that would be, assuming a US dry gallon for shapesand, 0.15322 cubic feet, which is ridiculously little, as even a creature with an abysmal 4 in Wis can control a whole cubic foot.

It's a different kind of jug.  Just like there are different kinds of flasks used for potions than the kind you can get in the equipment list.
