Q76: What are some ways to increase jump height, flight speed, and manuverablility?
A player once asked me if there was any way to make a Tarrasque more evil... 3 sessions later he was stoned with D20s as the PC led an exidus out of the path of a Dire Tarrasque of Legendary Wonder.

Jump height: anything that increases your speed indirectly raises your jump height by granting you a +4 modifier for every 10 ft. over 30. Therefore, off the top of my head, Expeditious Retreat + Haste alone gives you a +36 bonus to Jump checks... and that's before the Jump spell itself. Being a Dragonwrought Kobold with wings algo grants a +10 bonus to Jump checks, as does the Leaping Dragon Stance from ToB (not sure if they stack with each other or speed enhancers though).

For flight speed, the only things that come to mind are Haste and some spell in Races of the Dragon that increases your flight speed based off CL, but I have no clue on maneuverability.

For maneuverability, there's a feat in RotW (Improved Flight, I think) that improves it by one step.

Two spells that might help: Wings of Air (SPC) and Heart of Air (CM) increase mobility and speed respectively. The first only lasts minutes however.

Q 80

Does an Incarnate Construct Warforged lose the Living Construct subtype? The template says it changes the type to Humanoid/Giant, but it doesn't mention anything about subtypes.

A 80. Yes. Check MM 5. A living construct is a special subtype of construct. If you lose the construct type, you can't be a living construct.

I see. So an Incarnate Construct Warforged would just be a vanilla Humanoid with the WF's stat adjustments and -2 LA?

Q 81

Can an Incarnate Construct Warforged still take Warforged feats like Adamantine Body? If not, does it lose them after it gains the template if it had them before?

A 81. RAW, yes, since your race is still warforged. Flavor-wise, you should reflavor the feats a bit. ;)
