A10: 20-30'. A huge creature threatens 5, 10, and 15' away. A reach weapon doubles their threat range, but the reach weapon only reaches that second range, so 20', 25', 30'.
The cake is a lie.

Q12: How the hell did that happen? You still threaten with your normal natural weapon.

He is huge and wielding a lance. I'm large and wielding a guisarme. He charged, and stabbified me with the lance. I used a swift action teleportation power to get 10 feet closer to him, so I could hit him without taking an AoO for movement. Then I decided to regain my psionic focus using Psionic Meditation, because I thought he didn't actually threaten at 20 feet away. Although now that I think about it... he'd still threaten the back half of my character anyway, even if he didn't threaten at 20 feet, as I take up 4 spaces... Ah crap. Ah well, at least he won't get the double damage for charging with a lance on the AoO, right?  :bigeye

Worst case scenario: he has knockback and uses his AoO to push you back into lancing range for his turn.

Q10: What areas does a huge creature with a reach weapon threaten with the weapon? 20-30 or 25-30? I can't find any examples.

Q11: During a full attack, can my psionic archer fire an arrow, expending his focus to use (Greater) Psionic Shot, manifest Hustle to regain focus, and then fire a second arrow using (Greater) Psionic Shot again?

I think this is legal, because the rules say you can take a free action during another action, and can take a swift action any time you can take a free action. However, since I'm actually gaining and using a Move action in the middle of my full attack, I wonder if this invalidates that. (I think this actually works, just checking).

A10) Being huge triples your reach, so your huge creature would threaten 20-30 ft with his weapon (assuming his original reach was 5-15ft to begin with).

A11) You can only spend free/swift actions in between attacks. So I think that while you can manifest hustle, you can't actually spend the move action until after you are done with your full attack sequence.
A clear conscience is the surest sign of a failing memory.

Q12 (it's KARMIC!):

Can anyone give me a quote or something that says you can't sneak attack with Scorching Ray more than once? I'm fairly certain you can, and I'm fairly certain you can do it with similar multi-hit spells as well.

It was originally in Tome and Blood, and I think Complete Arcane. I don't remember a page number, and am too lazy to look it up, but I am 100% sure you can't.

Oh yeah, the Rules Compendium also forbids it, in the section that talks about "volleys".

Q13:
What feats should I give a deinonychus advanced to 17 HD (via Animal Companion and Warbeast template) designed for attacking and riding?  Starts with Run and Track, and I am thinking about Improved Natural Attack (Talon) and Powerful Charge.  Any other ideas for the level 12 and 15 feats?

Page bump:
Q3: Can a druid with MoMF levels who goes hierophant 1 transfer added benefit of MoMF's wildshaping through the heirophant's Power of Nature ability?

A3: I say that's a DM call. The text specifically says you transfer the druid ability. Best case scenario, everything transfers over. Worst case scenario, you can only transfer your wildshape derived exclusively from druid levels.

Worst case scenario: he has knockback and uses his AoO to push you back into lancing range for his turn.
Great... Thanks for that encouragement, Surreal.  :P I think he would have probably done that when he charged me if he had it, though.
<evil DM hat>
- big baddie charges you, smashes face, chooses not to knockback
- you are now within halitosis (ie: threatened space) which limits your actions, and chances are trading full attacks will not average in your favour
- big baddie also has Robilar's/Karmic Strike/whatever, which he uses in conjunction with knockback (or any other assortment of feats/abilities) to screw over whatever action you have now committed to, further chopping your options
- big baddie now gets to charge again on his turn, and surprise he's also a dungeoncrasher, because you didn't realize that he strategically used his AoO to position you closer to the wall instead of doing so on his turn, because he was waiting for you to waste your actions first
</evil DM hat>

... and this has nothing to do with the fact that the last time I DM'd I TPK's an optimized party with an advanced minotaur

Q 14: How exactly does a permanent Symbol of Persuasion work?  There is the permanent symbol, and if anyone triggers it, they are then Charmed, and thus respond to you and your comments/suggestions favorably, but you aren't necessarily there to give any suggestions, so really, what good is it?  Could you also have a permanent Magic Mouth that then says something, that would then be taken favorably by the charmed individual?

Q 15a: Suppose you were constructing an encounter with a trio of Hags that had a Hag Eye, and one or more of the Hags had been blinded (unrelated to the hag eye).  I assume that if a blind hag were holding a hag eye, it would effectively have normal vision.  What would be a reasonable ruling if the blind hag did not have possession of the hag eye, but the eye was in the vicinity (ie - the blind hag's Giant companion is wearing the eye, or another hag has it)?  I'm thinking that blind hag would have a 20% miss chance, because the vision is from a different perspective than their own body.

Q 15b: Given a duo or trio of blind hags that have one hag eye between them, what adjustment to Challenge Rating would you apply to the encounter?  Given that two of the hags would (given the above proposed miss chance) would have a miss chance.

Q 16: Is there a way to "curse" someone's farm fields into not producing crops?  The best I can find is diminish plants, but that only reduces it to 66% of normal.

partial A16: The things that immediately comes to mind are Flesh to Salt and Wall of Salt. Either of them would allow you to scatter a large quantity of salt on the aforementioned farm fields, rendering them incapable of growing plants. If you have Fly and Invisibility, you could do this sneakily by flying around with a big bag of salt.

I see two main problems with this. First, I don't know of a way to 'uncurse' the field later. Second, those spells are also economy-breakers; use them with care.
