Q 14: How exactly does a permanent Symbol of Persuasion work? There is the permanent symbol, and if anyone triggers it, they are then Charmed, and thus respond to you and your comments/suggestions favorably, but you aren't necessarily there to give any suggestions, so really, what good is it? Could you also have a permanent Magic Mouth that then says something, that would then be taken favorably by the charmed individual?
Q 15a: Suppose you were constructing an encounter with a trio of Hags that had a Hag Eye, and one or more of the Hags had been blinded (unrelated to the hag eye). I assume that if a blind hag were holding a hag eye, it would effectively have normal vision. What would be a reasonable ruling if the blind hag did not have possession of the hag eye, but the eye was in the vicinity (ie - the blind hag's Giant companion is wearing the eye, or another hag has it)? I'm thinking that blind hag would have a 20% miss chance, because the vision is from a different perspective than their own body.
Q 15b: Given a duo or trio of blind hags that have one hag eye between them, what adjustment to Challenge Rating would you apply to the encounter? Given that two of the hags would (given the above proposed miss chance) would have a miss chance.
