I loved:
~meeting everybody and finally putting a face to a name.
~hanging out with my new nerdy friends and playing games.
~buying things for not-too-bad prices.
~eating a ton of junk food.
~The endless and plentiful orgies
~dressing up.
~being gloriously nerdy.
~wearing a pink shirt that had the word "clam" on it.
~listening to Zeke sing about going to bed
~watching Woodrow walk around in daisy dukes
~Seeing Adam's balls and listening to the remarks he made afterwards
~
standing over Meg and Josh's bed and watching them as they slept ~ rooming with Meg and Josh and getting to see them in full panel action!
~getting free stuff from vendors, people I had just met, and some people I didn't know at all...
~Getting to hug the giant Munchkin and hold his chainsaw
~getting to talk to a few of the artists and finding out how they got their artwork into games
~seeing the horses pulling the carriages. They were cute and some even had glitter on their hooves!
~ taking care of the drunkies and watching them pass out in funny, awkward positions.
~Seeing Robert Bohl's face when I accused him of being the worshipper (which he was). He's an actor.
~Seeing ChrisWait's reaction when EVERYONE accused him of being the worshipper (he was the MFing SEER)
~spending some good, quality time in small aircrafts with a really cranky AC. You have no idea how much fun he is when he's sleep deprived.
I did feel bad that I didn't contribute anything to the panels I went to-sorry Josh and Meg! I just felt sorta stupid. I really didn't have anything intelligent to say, and to keep the illusion that I wasn't completely retarded, I decided to just keep my mouth shut. I did learn a lot though. I should shut up more often.

I also felt bad that I was such a party pooper. I was ALWAYS the first one to bed. I wasn't happy about that. I promise it won't happen again. I overscheduled myself. The two weeks leading up to Gencon were filled with a ton of Taiko rehearsals, sewing, and midterm projects. By the time I got to Gencon, I was already running on empty.
I'm never going to do that much at one time ever again. I hope.
Anyway, I had a blast. It's really fun to be around people who are passionate about gaming. But it's really really fun to be around awesome people! Seriously, you guys were a fun crowd to hang out with.
Oh, this I had to share:
There was a guy walking around the con taking pictures of people with his bunny rabbit. I was a little freaked out when he walked up to me, perfectly straight faced and asked me if he could take a
picture of me holding his rabbit. Now that I've seen
the gallery, I find it hilarious. There are some truly funny ones in there.
