Favorite badly-written rule?
Quote
As DM you have final say on all rulings or outcomes in any given situation.
It's so open end and can lend to many "interpretation" issues. It's not clearly defined in the SRD OR Rules Comp, not to mention the RAI is completely vague, and only one person at the table is able to use this. Sounds exploitable to me.

I mean come on... what were the designers thinking when they came up with this one.

The sad thing is, I'm having trouble keeping my DM to exploit that one.
I'm reasonably sure you mean 'from exploiting'; as written, you're having trouble making your DM exploit the 'final say' rule.
Winning an argument on the internet is like winning in the Special Olympics.  You won, but you're still retarded.

I'm actually trying to put one together.

Won't be easy though. The guys are AFRAID of what happens when I DM.

Witty sayings? Nah, not right now. Currently playing Dwarf Fortress and League of Legends. I really recommend League of Legends.

There is a Character Trait named Relentless that gives you some Constitution bonuses. As a drawback, it states that if something makes you Fatigued, you become Exhausted instead. The Tireless feat states that you're immune to Exhaustion, and something that if you get Exhausted you're Fatigued instead. That makes anyone immune to Fatigue Effects... or... it makes you mind explode (paradox). xD

Why would that be?

Well, quite a few years back I mentally scarred two players. To this day they mention how afraid they are of "paragon kappa flayers".

Chill touch.  can't tell you how many dumb arguments over that i've heard.  To add insult to injury, the somewhat similar Umbral Touch does make it clear how it works... and they never errata'd Chill touch to comply with this superior standard of clarity.
In which book would I find Umbral Touch....?

Confirmed.  3rd level (apprentice)/Conjuration.  5d6 damage on touch attack, target must make a Fort save or be slowed.

So... how exactly is it clarified now? It still seems like it's not clear whether you can actually make all attacks in one round, because unlike Umbral Touch it doesn't have a duration.

Yeah!

You heard him!

Ah gods, I suck at being a DM. I simply fail at it. Having a schedule from 8 Am to 8 PM from Monday to Thursday simply fried my brains (heck if I can think straight).
