Spellwarped Wings of CoverFlurry for uncapped D6 force damage + Daze effect with no saving throw allowed is just sweet.

What book is this Spell in?

May I suggest:

Greater Wings of Flurry is excellent, but if you're going for a slightly less optimised route:

1. Fireburst, or even better, Greater Fireburst (SC, Pg 93): A 15d10 Cap before any metamagic is strong.
2. Chill of the Grave (Death bound Domain) (SC, Pg 46): 4d10 damage from a 1st level spell.
3. Well, any Ray spell from SC will be a good base, but Ray of Stupidity (SC, Pg 167), causing Intelligence damage, stacking with Touch of Idiocy, is exellent.

Spellwarp Snipers are underrated, if you ask me.

I'm rather shocked that Ray of Dizziness hasn't been mentioned (or if it has, I missed it.)  Reduce the Big Bad to a single standard action per round, no save?  Give me two scoops of that.
