Q244: Aside from the Metamagic feats Corrupt Spell and Violate Spell (BoVD), are there any other ways to give your spells the [Evil] descriptor?
I think some of the evil spell components in the Book of Vile Darkness might work, but I'm not sure and don't have the book handy to check.

Sounds like the makings of a gay porn film.

I checked, they don't, they just boost spells that already have the [Evil] Descriptor...

Q241: Is there any way a creature can lose its subtype? In case it matters, I'd like to get rid of the Psionic subtype of the Half-Giant.

A205: Yes, I believe they would be able to benefit from their magical items, though this wont really effect anything unless the fiend of possession is currently controlling the creature it is possessing (Possession =/= Controlling, Controlling requires you to Possess and then requires you to roll for control).
A206: Yes, a Fiend of Possession who can use soulmelds should be able to use them while possessing somebody, but see A204, however if they Control the creature they are possessing that creature should be able to benefit from the soul melds as well.
A214: No, I dont think there's a way to get that to work, you can have the Fiend of Possession control the creature and then cast the spell, but said spell would still be targeting the Fiend of Possession.

As far as Fiend of Possession cohorts go, I think it would be better for you if the main character was the Fiend of Possession, and the Cohort was the Controlee.

Q243

Battle Leader's Charge + Pounce; +10 damage to one attack, or all?

A 243 The +10 isn't written as being to any actual attack.   It's specifies "you deal 10 extra damage".  Therefore so long as you hit at least once, you deal +10 damage, but it is not part of any attack (and does not multiply on a crit, since it's not part of the attack).

RAW, anyway.

Okay, which would mean that it only applies once, and it the enemy just takes the damage. Okay.

They retain their original subtypes, so unfortunately that doesn't work.

Vampire Templates from DR#348, or does the 'original Subtype' verbiage exist within those write-ups, too??

Dunno, I'd have to check, but those are kinda hard on the LA, and there's the fact that I like my Con score :)

Q245 Skill ranks required to qualify for a feat or PrC such as jump 10 ranks. Is that hard points without figuring in stats?

Ranks = the number of skill points you put into it (unless it is cross-class, of course).

Take a template with a subtype that would override psionic? IIRC if you take, for example, a template that makes you a native outsider psionic is overridden (since you can only have one subtype).

Right, I forgot that was for types only. My bad.

Hmmm...  how about trying to make him into a construct and then incarnate construct or something? Not sure if that'd work...

Only thing that comes to mind for that (assuming it works ofcourse) is Half-Golem, and that tanks your mental stats. Seeing as this is for a caster, that would be inconvenient to say the least. That, and I don't believe Half-Golem has a listed LA...

Why do you want to get rid of the subtype anyway?

That's it :)

Phrenic paired with Primordial Giant template (Secrets of Xen'drik) would make for some tasty mental stat boosts :)
