Lessee, for a Dragonwrought Kobold a Tome Dragon would be nice I guess, it's pretty specific though and for that you need access to Dragon Magazine. Apart from that I'm just not familiar enough with the high-Int beasties, sorry :)

A 117b: I doubt you'll be able to find something better than a Black Ethergaunt though :)

Well, duh. That's like saying you won't find someone who can punch out Chuck Norris. :P
Except maybe Nanoha.

Dude, my list for that would take up more than one post can handle :P

I just need one name.

Gendou Ikari.

Chuck Norris is made of epic fucking fail.

Which book are his stats from?  :lmao

Seriously though, sensible suggestions appreciated ;p

Shinseiki Evangelion. (Hey, you DID ask for a high-int beastie!)

There are various types of intelligent undead with high Int scores (and more than one way to become undead). You could begin with that. Nightwalkers have Int 20, for example.

(No, I don't recommend you become a lich).
Gendou Ikari is basically Gregory House in Kaminashades. This is FACT.

I know which anime he's from... and becoming some kind of Undead is fine, but it's not something I have any knowledge of so I was more thinking along the lines of Polymorphing... time to find Tome Dragon info >_> Found the dragon, too many HD

According to PHB it functions just like Polymorph, and Polymorph has a 15HD limit.

http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=1038764

Relevant to my interests, high INT list of polymorphing forms. I like the Logokron personally, what's that feat called to make you an outsider again >_>?

I wouldn't be allowed Otherworldly, :/ I think i'll just use a Limited Wish spell.

Q118
Does Whirling Frenzy prevent me from using abilities requiring concentration with WF active?

Q119
What official Cleric domains grant Combat Casting as a bonus feat?  What are the reference materials for these domains?

Hood - My first answer to all your build questions; past, present, and future.

Speaking of which:
Don't even need TO for this.  Any decent Hood build, especially one with Celerity, one-rounds [Azathoth, the most powerful greater deity from d20 Cthulu].
Does it bug anyone else that we've reached the point where characters who can obliterate a greater deity in one round are considered "decent?"

Polymorph any object allows you to become a creature with 15 HD or less; thus, you can assume an outsider form.  Failing that, first cast fiendform (Spell Compendium 90) or holy transformation or infernal transformation (Spell Compendium for each) to become an outsider and PAO away!

Q105 again!

I'm playing a Natural lycanthrope Dungeoncrashing fighter (DM ruled that I don't have to take the animal hit dice) and I was wondering if there is a feat or something that would allow me to change form as something other than a standard action.

A 105: Savage Species has a feat for that. I think it's called Quick Change or something like that.

Q 103 Can you take Share Soulmeld multiple times to share multiple soulmelds with your familiars?

I assume that taking it applies it to all your little friends, as per the beastmaster build from Iron Chef

Anyone have an answer for this one?

A 103: Hmm, I always interpreted that it shared all your soulmelds by default. Looking at the wording more closely, I guess it can be interpreted both ways.

If it does, that's really nice.  I suppose I should ask my DM.

Q120: What ways are here for me to get a familiar/Psicrystal/Mount/Animal companion with Fast healing?  Preferably the Psicrystal.

A120 Certain animals or templates will give fast healing, for an animal companion some kind of Imp or Quasit might have it... can't exactly remember for sure. No idea for the psicrystal sorry.

Q121: Seeking PRC for an Archivist, lower entry reqs the better, currently @ 11Archivist, 1 Contemplative, 2 Spelldancer. Needs to have full caster progression, currently looking at Fatespinner and Incanatrix. Bonus points if the PRC has stylish skills or free feats ; p

PaO allows you to turn anything into anything else. It's been established that due to this property the usual Polymorph HD restrictions do not apply.

This spell functions like polymorph, except that it changes one object or creature into another.
I don't see how this surpasses the HD restriction of Polymorph.

I believe there was a lengthy discussion on this (either that or CustServ shenanigans) regarding the fact that you could turn something with no HD at all (a rock) into something with HD (a manticore), and that for simplification purposes, the HD restriction was lifted. I can't seem to find it right now, but I'll get back to you.

EDIT: Still can't seem to find it, but I DID find this fun little list.

Planning to use that list to turn into either a Planator Logrokon or Sarruhk, then use the extra natural armour with an Eternal Wand and Rod of Extending for level 2 sor/wiz Scintillating scales, changes natural armor to deflection bonus, 1min/CL extended to 2m/lvl

You might check out the Nightcloak. Grace of the Dark is nice, but the prereqs kind of suck. If you can use the Otyugh Hole for Iron Will, it's not that bad, though.
