The last one is from the Magic Item Compendium.

A couple of water benders, a dike, a flaming arrow, and a few barrels of blasting jelly?

Sounds like the makings of a gay porn film.

So are the Bands of the Blood Rage.
I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle.  The book doesn't even exist!

The Worm is a creature found in Fiendish Codex 2, and if you don't threaten it, but rather let it eat you, you gain the benefit.

The rest are from the Magic Item Compendium.

Everything but the first should be in the MIC.

Edit: wow, there was another page of responses. I'm doing amazing today.

Behind door number 2: A magic crown!
Behind door number 3: 4d6 giant bees, and THREE HUNDRED POUNDS OF HONEY!
They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...
Best metaphor I have seen in a long time.  I give you much fu.

Seven for the Barbarian-lords in their halls of stone,
Nine for Mortal Monks doomed to die,

WOW! And the hits just keep on coming! 3.5 has been dead for how long? And we're still finding awesome shit?  :lmao

It's been dead in the same way Iron Maiden stopped being awesome live, I believe.
Or people lose total interest in tits after they grew passed breast-feeding age.

So, in this metaphor, only the straight girls migrate to 4th?
Or... wait. they start to take interest in THEIR OWN 3.5, to impress the guys? homebrew? Plastic Surgery? What the hell?

Back to the topic. Shirt of wraith stalking (MIC, page 216, part of the wraith's woe) offers hide from undead (self only) at will, except even the intelligent undead don't get a saving roll. For price of 6k it becomes the cheapest and most efficient tool during undead smasher campaigns.

Great item, for sure.

Except you can't do anything to the undead or the effect ends.  So at most you are free to run around them, have a guaranteed escape, or make them flat-footed to your first attack every other round.

I'd say it's more suited to a 'zombie apocalypse' style game.

locate city nuke + fell Drain= "I KNEW this item would end up useful!"
Fell animate has the undead HD limit which makes it ineffective for causing an undead apocalypse. But fell drain makes wights on such a large scale just fine.

To bring the Warning weapon enhancement up again, a spiked mithral light shield with the Warning enhancement on the spike will set you back about 3k gp without ASF or check penalties AND you can still use the hand "holding" the shield to carry other things.

warning needs to be held(i keep 'em in the mouth).
eager might not

+1 Warning Fukimi-Bari (A&EG).

Eager, however, specifies that it needs to be wielded.

Maybe I missed it, but why not use these enchantments with poison rings.  I will need to look up the Dragon mag the are in, but a poison ring is a weapon that does 1 damage that you wear on your hand.  You attack with it as a touch attack and its main purpose is to deliver poison (or sneak attack).  It is not a magic ring (base item is not magical at all), it is a weapon so it should not count towards you two ring limit.  This is why those wizards always have 10 rings on in the Fantasy novels or anima?!  I am not sure on the rules of applying the same enhancement more than once, but if you cannot add spellblade multiple times to a weapon, this will give you a reason to make a fist full of poison rings.  Shuriken are still better price wise if you can get away with it.

Also, I mentioned it before but don't see it on this thread.  Horseshoes of the flame can be found in savage species.  I think they cost 32,000gp, but you can make them slotless for twice the price.  Three times a day for 7 hours each activation you can change a horse into what resembles a nightmare.  It grants unlisted bonuses of +10 Int, +6 Cha, +2 Dex, Fly 90 Perfect, and fire damage to hoove damage.  There are great on a psion with Use Magic Device or Use Psionic Device to emulate a horse for race.  Making the slotless saves you from having to pound in the shoes, but reshaping into an actual horse works as well.

This one's got a bit of a steep price, but I still think it's a bargain:

Ring of Nine Lives (MIC 126) for 45,000 gp.

As the name implies, it has nine charges, but the namesake purpose (Healing you 20 damage whenever you hit 0 or less) isn't the part I'd pay 5,000 gp a charge for. Once per day with an immediate, you can use a charge to make ANY failed save count as a success, with absolutely no limitations. Want to make a save against a deity? Surefire success!

It's a little situational, because it's usually easy enough to buff saves with superior resistance and the like, but this ring is amazing when you just absolutely need to make a save.

Against a spell that you've made a spellcraft to identify as Implosion.
