Looking for a race

Does anyone know of a LA+0 race with a bonus to Intellegence but no penalty to Dexterity or Constitution?

Ideally, I'd like to find one without resorting to templates.  Otherwise, all I can think of is a dragonborn grey elf.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Did someone move that master race list here, or is it still at Gleemax.  I'm assuming you're citing the one by AZSupermarket.  I checked the Races Handbook just to see, but it didn't have a master list.

The tier system in a nutshell:

Tier 4: An expert marksman.
Tier 3: An expert marksman, cartographer and chef who can tie strong knots and is trained in hostage negotiation or a marksman so good he can shoot down every bullet fired by a minigun while armed with a rusted single-shot pistol that veers to the left.
Tier 2: Someone with teleportation, mind control, time manipulation, intangibility, the ability to turn into an exact duplicate of anything, or the ability to see into the future with perfect accuracy.

Gray Elf: -2 Str +2 Dex -2 Con +2 Int, medium, 30 ft., wizard, humanoid (elf), monster manual pg.104
-Bonus to Int
-Bonus to Dex
-Penalty to Con
 Would end up being -2 str +2 int.

Nice.  I never thought about getting rid of Con entirely.  It's a template, but still, I like the idea.

I mentioned that on in the OP as the only one I could think of.

I'm looking for straight races without templates, but still, I think the more info I have, the better off I'll be.
