My work
The tier system in a nutshell:

Tier 5: An expert cartographer or a decent marksman.
Tier 4: An expert marksman.
Tier 3: An expert marksman, cartographer and chef who can tie strong knots and is trained in hostage negotiation or a marksman so good he can shoot down every bullet fired by a minigun while armed with a rusted single-shot pistol that veers to the left.
Tier 2: Someone with teleportation, mind control, time manipulation, intangibility, the ability to turn into an exact duplicate of anything, or the ability to see into the future with perfect accuracy.

We lost the smilies with the most recent boards update (or non-update as it were). I've tried to add back in what I remember us having, but I'm missing some (either I can't find the smilie we were using or I don't know what to look for to apply to the tag).

If anyone can match up any of the still missing ones I'd be happy to get them uploaded.

Still missing...Undecided, Not Amused, Afro, Cool, Bash, Yappin', Jumping, Scared, lPoke, Joy Stick, Beat a dead horse, Dogpile, Hmm, Not Listening, Thumbs Down, Puppy dog eyes, Smash, Puke, Whistle, Wit's End. Others?

When looking for smilies, I consider what emotion it portrays and whether that emotion could be portrayed by an existing smiley. There is little point to a version of :) that changes colours. On the other hand, we do not have a :/ smiley.
