Feats for a Iron Defender?

Okay I've been building this Artificer for awhile and finally got to the Constructs, the Iron defender has 10 HD. This is my first time playing an Artificer and building Homuculie. Any help would be most appreciated.

What are you intending this Iron Defender to be used for, Defending, Offense, without your intent for your construct we can optimize all day long and not give you a relevant answer, so please what would you like your iron puppy to do for you?

My bad, I've been working on this and other characters basically all day so my mind is kind of kaput. I plan on using it for Offensive purposes.

You could try making him an uber charger (does he have at least 13 Strength?)

Main feats are: Power Attack, Improved Bull Rush, Shock Trooper, maybe Leap Attack.

I think that its jump modifier is even better with +4 for every 10ft of speed over 30. 13 (ranks) + 2 (str) + 8 (speed) + 1 (???) = 24

I did remove WF Bite from the equation, you are missing the small size bonus to hit, and as for the attributes I left those open depending if he felt like upping dex since at the level this is obtainable the Iron Defender is a glass bullet.

The Improved Homuculie feat from Magic of Eberron gives your little guy some really great bonuses, like improved HD and special abilities, all based on it's HD, and they automatically improve when you upgrade your little guy.

I fully recommend it.
Kinda back, in a limited sense. Currently working on a decent sized "I'm back!" project.
