Glabrezus have 15ft reach actually. None of the demons on that page have more than that.
And it's humanoid shaped with 16 int.  Easy enough to give it a mundane reach weapon.  Outsiders are automatically proficient after all.  Free action to draw a weapon when you move.

So, yeah.  30' reach if it would ever come into play.

Wouldn't you get the same reach with a Lockdown that invests in Aberrant reach or Willing deformity? The latter one can be acquired for free with Elder evil devotion. Naturally this assumes the character is enlarged.

That's something we should add as a sidebar on our build, but iirc it's +5 reach at the end, not the start.

Except the fact that lockdown is pretty much stuck at 20' reach.  The monsters that are really scary to mages have more reach than that.
While you're changing things, give it Combat Reflexes, Standstill and Martial Stance. ;)

Point.  I've never watched a core only trip fighter past level 6.  He did well at level 6 though.  Mid-high levels kinda fuck all core noncasters though.
