regardless, I kinda consider her to have died when she tossed the pin up costumes for a kneeler and rosary.

First, Betty Page became a born again Protestant. Protestants don't have rosaries. Second, when she complained about the biopic movie The Notorious Betty Page she wasn't denouncing or condeming the content. Betty was objecting to the use of the word "notorious", as if to say anything related to her work as a pin-up model was un-Godly, immoral and scandel worthy. She had few if any regrets about her photo shoots.
