The tricky thing about Body Outside Body is that you lose your abilities that depend on "ability to cast spells".  It's tricky to get level 7 spells, and also something useful to do completely independent of spellcasting.  So, no burning 100 levels of your clone's spells on Arcane Strike:  your clone doesn't qualify for Arcane Strike.

I like combat skill use a lot.  Intimidation, diplomancy, etc. can all work pretty well.  They won't be perfectly optimized, because clones won't have equipment, but they should get the job done against a lot of opponents.  Clones + Imperious Command + reasonably optimized intimidate + anything to keep the fear going = several opponents out of commission for a long time.

Here's a question... could an Incantatrix with BOB have clones seize concentrations and snatch spells to neutralize enemy casters?  Even though they don't have the ability to cast spells?

Yes, the clones have the levels.  The problem is that they don't actually qualify for the class (can't cast level 3 spells).  So, can you use class abilities from classes you don't actually qualify for?  It's the same as the "loss of prestige class requirements" problems.
