This epic abomination has freaked me out.

what freaks me out about that is that the designers thought an epic monster should do 2d6+12 damage...

If anyone wants to know, I'm playing a young anthro-'coon boy in an anti-human campaign that has a really filthy mouth. I'm considering insults and curses.

Just FYI.

So, who *is* Mysterion?

And have you kicked Mint Berry Crunch out from your team?

I have absolutely no clue what you're referring to.
[spoiler]Masculine men like masculine things. Masculine men are masculine. Therefore, liking masculine men is masculine.

I dare anyone to find a hole in that logic.

This epic abomination has freaked me out.
am i the only one who finds a large sized, decayed, deadborn and deformed undead fetus the most disgusting of the abominations?

Ha ha, I've got a (very) long term project recreating epic as something balanced which means among other things remaking all the monsters.  Yeah it's freaky but I have an idea what to do to make it even squickier.

Make it diminutive.

Think about it, this horrible thing which is everything forbidden and wrong, and it's not even a giant monster... the thing wiggling on the ground towards your paralyzed helpless body, opening its rotten mouth an-

Ick.

As for my gross-out of choice, I always found Dahlver-Nar and his associated Tooth Beast painful to look at.  Ow, just ow.

Got homebrew?  I keep all my 3.5 homebrew on the D&D Wiki.org!
Current Count: 1333 pages by me and climbing!

In Rappan Athuk there is literally an unkillable shit monster on the first floor.

I can't give you a definitive list of the nastiest creatures... but I can tell you I'm on it.

A purple pony is on the list?

No, on the monster. If you know what I mean.
So you end up stuck in an endless loop, unable to act, forever.

In retrospect, much like Keanu Reeves.

A couple of water benders, a dike, a flaming arrow, and a few barrels of blasting jelly?

Sounds like the makings of a gay porn film.

Alright, I just "had" to check out the claim of this unkillable fecal monstrosity. Here's some of it's stats: 90hp, Regen 5, SR 50, DR 25/+5. Luckily, it only has one attack and a rather weak one at that.. but still, that's ridiculously nasty for a CR 6 monster.

Edit: I forgot to say that it's also an abomination.

Heh, when i played in a Rappan Athuk game, the DM said it was a mimick, though it did seem to like to hang around the dingy areas.  The party had to run from it every time, always trying to figure out how to beat it the next time.  Never bothered to look up its stats, nice to actually have them as reference.  That was mean to sick on a level 5 party!

Hm, the only way I can think of would be Grapple-Pin-CDG Spam.

"Hey, monk boy.  Go wrestle with that 'shit monster'"...

Would need to know what beats its regen, first.  You can't kill something with a CDG with nonlethal damage.  Actually, I think you can't even CDG with nonlethal damage, but the folks I've been playing with have been using something similar for so long I forget where the rules end and the house rules begin.

If you are in a grapple with The Dung Monster it can engulf you as a free action with no roll.  There you take acid damage and suffocate until you die.  Once you are in a grapple with The Dung Monster you cannot get free while he lives without removing the adhesive first.

Here are his 3.5 stats: 140 hp, Regeneration 25, SR 100, DR 25/magic.  Immunity to acid, cold, electricity, fire, palarysis, poison, polymorph, sleep, sonic, stunning, all mind effects, critical hits, nonlethal, ability damage and drain, energy drain, fatigue, exhaustion AND TO EVERY NEGATIVE EFFECT KNOWN.

The trick to beat it is with an unknown negative effect.  But even if you do kill it "He returns within 1d4 days"

Sounds like you need Marvin to show up and depress it to death.
