Q292: Is there a feat to add Charisma modifier (or some other stat?) to hit points for an undead? It can be 3rd party or homebrew even. I know of Faerie Mysteries Initiate, which I might take, but it really doesn't fit the flavor of the character... Anything else?

Sounds like the makings of a gay porn film.

Yes there is. In Tome of Horrors III they have a feat called "Death's Blessing." You use your CHA instead of CON for bonus hp if you're an undead. However, you need to have CHA 13+ to qualify.

There's also "Unholy Toughness", the Ex ability from MMIII... not sure if there's a template to get it, and you could probably get a homebrew feat approved.

No template for it, and only certain undead are supposed to have it (even vampires can't get it retroactively which is stupid).

Q293  Outside of Wandstrike, are there any other feats/spells/classes/magic items/etc that deal with using wands to melee?

Q269: What are the DCs for Utterances with Effects? (all from the Lexicon of the Perfected Map) I only know the DCs of creature-targeted or object-targeted Utterances.
Anyone got something for this? Would be nice.

Glaistig from MM3.
Redcaps must keep their headscarves wet with blood, or (theoretically) they will die. (In D&D blood just allows them to advance in HD; by legend they would die if their headscarf dried out.)

Q 285: The Yugoloth in the MM3 mentions weight categories (light load, medium load, heavy load) for it picking up creatures using it's liftoff ability, which is an Ex attack.
Quote
Q 288: Just thought of another question regarding the above.  The yugoloth also has the fly-by attack feat (and reach), and tactically it would be awesome to fly-by attack and snatch up a person without having to hang around by the PC's for a round and get pummeled by reach weapons (and add in the ability to use cover of darkness).
The problem is that to get a hold of someone and use Liftoff, the yugoloth has to hit with two claw attacks, and fly-by attack would only allow him to use one claw attack.

Is there any way for him to get two claw attacks as a standard action, so he can swoop in and use liftoff as part of a fly-by attack?
Wolf Fang Strike would work really well, except for the fact that for this campaign setting I don't allow Tome of Battle.  So I'm not going to secretly use it when I don't let the PC's do so.

The other option would be to get the nycaloth an extra move action every round, so that he can get near targets, hopefully then 5ft step up to one, get a full attack, then use his extra move action to haul said creature away.

Q 295: What are the best ways to get an extra move action?  Travel Devotion I guess would be the best option...

Not blood per se, but look up the scandinavian/germanic Mara. It is best represented by a Night Hag.

Also, the Unseelie Court was known to have their guests for dinner, if you catch my drift.

There is also a really awful feat from Comp Adv that lets you do something similar I recall.  Make 2 attacks as if TWF'ing, but take a -4 penalty on the roll...  Something like that.

Dual Strike.  Yeah, normally that would really suck for a feat, but for my purposes, it will work excellently.  The standard Nycaloth takes a -3 for Power Attack, so when using this tactic (the goal being to sweep in and take off with a foe) he'll be at only a -1 compared to his "normal" attacks.  I'll probably give it one level of Fighter as well, to get it to 15th level, and give him two feats (toward this three-feat combo, ouch), and effectively offset the extra -1 he'll take from Dual Strike.  Having him as CR 11 fits my purposes better anyway.
The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist.
