An awesome flaw for Dread Necromancers

Gotta love that one.  If Dragon Magazine is allowed in your group, it's wonderful!  Dread Necromancers heal themselves with negative energy anyway (assuming they took Tomb Tainted Soul) so slowed natural healing is fine, but the big one is that it reduces the damage you take from cure spells... and then you get a free feat.  Yay!

Heh...reminds me of the fat warforged swordsage build I saw that uses the Obese flaw to get Willing Deformity: Obesity to improve the damage from falling on opponents.

The biggest problem with this is that if you start at level one keeping Con 13 can hurt. Then again, if you start out as Necropolitan...

Nice.  That one's pretty much a no-brainer, except for some unusual situations.

A Dread Necromancer without Tomb Tainted Soul is like a Druid without Natural Spell. :P

Assuming, of course, that the DM would let the player take it as a flaw... Then yes, it would be very good. :D

I'll take a wild guess that it's Libris Mortis, but Wizards DOES have a comprehensive feat index you can google.

Sunic may be more abrasive than sandpaper coated in chainsaws (not that its a bad thing, he really does know what he's talking about), but just posting in this thread without warning and telling him he's an asshole which, if you knew his past experiences on WotC and Paizo is flat-out uncalled for. Never mind the insults (which are clearly 4Chan-level childish). You say people like Sunic are the bane of the internet? Try looking at your own post and telling me you are better than him.

Here's a fun fact: You aren't. By a few leagues.
